An adsorbed natural gas storing tank is provided. The adsorbed natural gas storing tank includes a tank body that has an upper plate and a lower plate coupled to define an inner space provided with an adsorbent material. The tank body includes an opening that extends through the upper and lower plates. A central plate is inserted in the opening to seal one side of the tank body. Additionally, the central plate has a plurality of discharge apertures formed along a circumferential wall thereof to discharge natural gas reacted with the adsorbent material and has a mounting region therein. A filter assembly is inserted in the mounting region, is fastened to the central plate, filters natural gas passing through the discharge apertures, and is equipped with a control valve for adjusting natural gas discharge.

Adsorbed natural gas storing tank

A urea solution pump unit includes a bracket mounted to a lower side of a urea solution tank. A pump unit is horizontally disposed at a center of an upper part of the bracket and includes a pump suctioning a urea solution to one direction and a motor pumping the urea solution to another direction through a gap between a rotor and a stator of the motor inside the pump and discharging the urea solution to a lower side of the bracket. A pair of thawing units are fixedly disposed at both sides of the pump unit on the bracket. The thawing units transfer heat to the urea solution and prevent the urea solution from being frozen. A sensor unit is disposed at one side of one of the thawing units and detects a level, a temperature, and a pressure of the urea solution.

A filter device for a gas container removes foreign substances mixed with gas in the gas container, and is integrally mounted with the gas container so as to ensure a maximum capacity of the gas container while providing a larger gas filter compared to existing external gas filters.

A pump module includes: a pump that is installed at the inside of a storage tank in order to discharge a liquid that is stored at the inside of the tank to the outside of the tank; a flange that is coupled to one side of the tank in order to couple the pump to the tank; a heater that is located on the flange so as to enclose a lower portion of the pump; a cover that covers an upper portion of the pump in order to couple the heater to the flange; and a filter that is coupled to the flange so as to enclose the pump, the cover, and the heater and that filters the liquid that is supplied to the pump.

A fuel tank may include a housing having an inner space formed therein and including a nozzle part formed at a side thereof to introduce fuel thereinto, an adsorber provided within the housing and configured to store fuel introduced through the nozzle part by adsorption, a diffuser located between the nozzle part and the adsorber within the housing and configured to diffuse the fuel introduced through the nozzle part and then to supply the fuel to the adsorber, and a filter unit located between the diffuser and the adsorber and configured to filter out foreign substances from the fuel diffused by the diffuser.

A urea solution pump unit includes: a urea solution tank having a mounting hole opened downward; a mounting flange mounted so as to close the mounting hole; a motor pump disposed in a horizontal direction on the mounting flange in the urea solution tank, and configured to suck a urea solution at one side using a pump, and discharge the urea solution to the other side through a space formed between a rotor and a stator of a motor; and a filter installed at an inlet side of the motor pump at an outside of the motor pump.

Urea solution pumping module

A fuel feeding system for a vehicle may include a fuel tank and a subsidiary jet pump. The fuel tank is divided into a first portion in which a reservoir is installed and a second portion in which the subsidiary jet pump is installed. The subsidiary jet pump pumps out fuel pressurized by a fuel pump and causes the fuel in the second portion of the fuel tank to enter the reservoir using a pressure difference generated during pumping of the fuel. The subsidiary jet pump includes a nozzle unit and a diffuser unit. The diffuser unit surrounds an injection portion of the nozzle unit with a suction channel disposed therebetween. The suction channel has a suction hole and a discharge hole and is structured to cause fuel suctioned through the suction hole and fuel discharged through the discharge hole to flow in the same direction.

Fuel feeding system for vehicle

A misfuelling prevention apparatus for vehicles can prevent a diesel vehicle from being filled with a wrong fuel. The apparatus for vehicles may include an upper housing at an entrance of a filler neck, an internal housing located at a bottom of the upper housing while being supported by an interior of the filler neck, a stopper and a stopper spring, and a flapper and a flapper spring. The stopper may be at one side of the internal housing to be rotated around a pin by a contact with an oil gun. One end of the flapper may be rotatably installed in a pin structure at an opposite side of the internal housing with respect to the stopper and the other end of the flapper may be caught in a recess of the stopper. The flapper is to be pushed and selectively opened by the oil gun.

Misfuelling prevention apparatus for vehicles

A filler neck apparatus may include a housing into which a fuel filling gun is selectively inserted, a rotation protrusion pivotally mounted on a side of the housing and elastically biased in a direction, wherein the rotation protrusion contacts with the fuel filling gun while the fuel filling gun is inserted into the housing, a slider slidably installed in the housing and elastically biased in a direction wherein the slider is selectively coupled to the rotation protrusion, and wherein a locked state of the slider is released by the rotation protrusion and is movable in a direction when the slider is released from the rotation protrusion, a flapper pivotally mounted on the housing and opening or closing the bottom end of the housing by the fuel filling gun, a stopper pivotally mounted on the housing and selectively locking the flapper, and a link pivotally connecting the slider and the stopper.

Filler neck apparatus for preventing fuel from mixing

A canister for a vehicle is provided with charcoal therein so as to absorb evaporation gas evaporated at a fuel tank, supplies air by pressure difference formed due to engine purge, and thereby releases the absorbed evaporation gas so as to supply the evaporation gas to an engine and to be burned therein again. The canister may include an evaporation gas supply passage connected to the fuel tank and receiving the evaporation gas, an air passage selectively receiving the air from the exterior, a purge passage supplying the evaporation gas to the engine according to flow of the supplied air, and a heating module heating a position at which the air passing through the air passage flows in the canister, or mounted at the air passage and heating the air flowing in the canister, wherein the heating module comprises a heating core for heating the air flowing in the canister, and a diffusing plate disposed between the air passage and the heating module and diffusing the air passing through the air passage so as to be heated at the heating core evenly.
