The present disclosure provides a high-efficient rolling process for magnesium alloy sheet. Parameters of the rolling process are: the rolling speed of each rolling pass is 10-50 m/min, the rolling reduction of each rolling pass is controlled to be 40-90%, and both the preheating temperature before rolling and the rolling temperature of each rolling pass are 250-450&#xb0; C. The present disclosure also provides a preparation method for magnesium alloy sheet, comprising: 1) preparing rolling billets; 2) high-efficient hot rolling; and 3) performing annealing. The rolling process can improve the mechanical performance especially, the strength and ductility of the sheet.

Rolling and preparation method of magnesium alloy sheet

A film forming treatment agent for a composite chemical conversion film for magnesium alloy, and a film forming process method, and a composite chemical conversion film are provided. Components of the film forming treatment agent for a composite chemical conversion film for magnesium alloy comprise a water solution and a suspension of reduced graphene oxide flakes to the water solution. The water solution comprises strontium ions at 0.1 mol/L to 2.5 mol/L and phosphate ions at 0.06 mol/L to 1.5 mol/L, and pH of the water solution is 1.5 to 4.5. Concentration of the reduced graphene oxide varies between 0.1 mg/L and 5 mg/L. The film forming process method for a composite chemical conversion film for magnesium alloy comprises the following steps of: 1) pretreatment on surface of magnesium alloy matrix; 2) immersion of magnesium alloy matrix in the film forming treatment agent; and 3) removal of magnesium alloy pieces for drying in air. The composite chemical conversion film for magnesium alloy is formed by immersing magnesium alloy matrix in the film forming treatment agent. The composite chemical conversion film for magnesium alloy has excellent corrosion-resistance performance in 3.5 wt % NaCl solution.

The die-casting magnesium alloy comprises, by mass percent, 1% to 5% of La, 0.5% to 3% of Zn, 0.1% to 2% of Ca, 0.1% to 1% of Mn and the balance Mg and other inevitable impurities. The die-casting magnesium alloy manufacturing method comprises smelting, refinement and die-casting. The die-casting magnesium alloy has good mechanical performance, die-casting performance and heat conduction performance.

A method of strengthening a dilute magnesium alloy sheet includes providing a dilute magnesium alloy sheet, which includes a magnesium alloy consisting essentially of (wt %): &#x3e;0 to 3.0 of Zn; &#x3e;0 to 1.5 of Ca; 0 to 1.0 of Zr; 0 to 1.3 of a rare earth element or mixture of the same; 0 to 0.3 of Sr; 0 to 0.7 of Al, the balance of Mg and other unavoidable impurities, wherein the total weight % of alloying elements is less than 3%; subjecting the dilute magnesium alloy sheet to plastic deformation, in which the tensile plastic strain should exceed 0.5%, but be less than 8% to form a pre-deformed magnesium alloy sheets; and subjecting the pre-deformed magnesium alloy sheets to an ageing treatment in a temperature range of 80 to 250&#xb0; C. for at least 1 minute, thereby forming a strengthened magnesium alloy sheet.

Strain-induced age strengthening in dilute magnesium alloy sheets

The invention provides a method for producing grain-oriented silicon steel with single cold rolling, comprising: 1) smelting, refining and continuous casting to obtain a casting blank; 2) hot rolling; 3) normalization, i.e. normalizing annealing and cooling; 4) cold-rolling, i.e. single cold rolling at a cold rolling reduction rate of 75-92%; 5) decarburizing annealing at 780-880&#xb0; C. for 80-350 s in a protective atmosphere having a due point of 40-80&#xb0; C., wherein the total oxygen [O] in the surface of the decarburized sheet: 171/t&#x2266;[O]&#x2266;313/t (t represents the actual thickness of the steel sheet in mm), the amount of absorbed nitrogen: 2-10 ppm; 6) high temperature annealing, wherein the dew point of the protective atmosphere: 0-50&#xb0; C., the temperature holding time at the first stage: 6-30 h, the amount of absorbed nitrogen during high-temperature annealing: 10-40 ppm; 7) hot-leveling annealing. The invention may control the primary recrystallization microstructure of steel sheet effectively by controlling the normalization process of hot rolled sheet to form sufficient favorable (Al, Si)N inclusions from nitrogen absorbed by slab during decarburizing annealing and low-temperature holding of high-temperature annealing, facilitating the generation of stable, perfect secondary recrystallization microstructure of the final products. In addition, the invention avoids the impact of nitridation using ammonia on the underlying layer in prior art, and thus the formation of a good glass film underlying layer is favored.
