A power supply system of an electronic switching electric motor for air-conditioning devices is described, said power supply system is intended to be installed in the motor vehicles and comprises a solar panel ( ), which is an integral part of the vehicle and supplies electric energy to the motor ( ). The electric motor ( ) can be further powered by the vehicle battery ( ), in a way that no specific equipment is needed to convert the energy, nor converting devices are needed between the motor ( ) and the solar panel ( ). Solar panels ( ) can be used with a higher voltage output than that of the vehicle battery, in such a way as to draw the available electric energy at a voltage and current level suitable to achieve a significant decrease of the dissipation of energy in the system, with the same sections of wiring or in accordance with the known techniques of the low voltage solar panels.

The motor comprises a rotor (30) fixed for rotation with a shaft (36) of a member to be driven and a crown-like stator (10) obtained by blanking a lamination stack (12) provided with coil supporting teeth (11). Within the stator crown (10) there are obtained by blanking the lamination stack (12) a plurality of receptacles (13, 15, 17) for seating electric and electronic components associated with the stator. The components comprise a transformer (24), an inductance coil (25), and a plurality of MOSs (23). The stator crown (10) is co-molded with a covering of electrically insulating plastic material to cover the receptacles (13, 15, 17) and the teeth (11) and form a tank (22) for receiving a printed circuit (21). The permanent magnet rotor is fitted with stacks of small pieces (19) obtained by blanking lamination portions within the stator crown (10). The stacks of small pieces face the magnets (31) so as to close the respective magnetic circuits.

In an apparatus for controlling static electronic components in the control circuit of a three-phase brushless electric motor, a single shunt device (RS) is used for limiting at least one of the phase currents (IF, I1, I2, I3) of the motor (MT) to a preset limit value. A signal generator device (GS) interrupts the switching of the static electronic components (T1, T2, T3, B1, B2, B3) when the voltage (VS) at the ends of the shunt device (RS) exceeds a preset limit current value. Phase current limitation of the motor (MT) is attained using a PWM technique, alternatively modulating two static electronic components (T1, B2 or B3; T2, B1 or B3; T3, B1 or B2) that are comprised in the electric circuit branch in which there is electric continuity at any instant of the control sequence.

A relay for use particularly in motor vehicles has a stable ferromagnetic core, an excitation coil wound around the core and a movable assembly, composed by a movable ferromagnetic armature, connected to a blade carrying an electric contact. The blade is movable with respect to the armature and has a fulcrum in an appropriate seat obtained in the armature. The blade is constrained to the armature in an elastic fashion, but is suitable to produce a damping effect on the bouncing phenomenon. The relay also has a return spring to maintain the assembly in a position of maximum air gap with respect to the stable core, when the device is in a release condition, whereby a leaf spring is provided, being fixed in a predetermined point of the movable armature, which constrains for elastic reaction the movement of the movable blade and maintains the desired pressure contact on the electric contact.

The electric fan assembly includes an electric motor composed of a rotor (11) having a fan wheel (12), and a stator (10) fitted with a card (50) supporting a printed circuit for determining operation of the motor. The stator includes a bearing (60) having two main opposite faces, a lower face and an upper face, for mounting the stator (10), defines a seat (62) for the assembly formed by the card (50) and a plurality of MOSs (54) projecting from the edges of the card, where the MOSs are coplanar to the card. The seat (62) has a depth dimensioned to receive a layer of solidifying resin covering and protecting the printed circuit and the relevant connections. The stator bearing (60) is axially crossed by channels (65) providing electric connection between the stator winding leads (30) and electric contacts (52) located on the card (50) proximate to an opening (51) obtained in the card at the channels (65). Axial fins (31) extend from the upper face of the stator bearing (60) for engaging the stator (10) axially and radially.
