More specifically, one or more templates can be defined. Each template can relate to a pre-defined condition of one or more records of the plurality of records and can define a dynamic query session related to the one or more records and one or more actions directed to the one or more records. The records can be monitored for an occurrence of the pre-defined condition on at least one record. In response to detecting the occurrence of the pre-defined condition on the at least one record, the dynamic query session related to the at least one record can be launched and the one or more actions can be initiated based on results of the dynamic query session.

Methods and systems for automated processing of database records on a system of record

Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to methods and systems for the processing of database records by monitoring the records for an occurrence of one or more pre-defined codes within the records of the plurality of records and in response to detecting the occurrence of one or more of the pre-defined codes within a set of records, selecting a record of the one or more records, determining an action to be performed on the selected record based on the one or more pre-defined codes occurring in the selected record and a predefined reference module of actions based on a plurality of predefined codes and executing a workflow to perform the determined action on the selected record, wherein the determined action is directed to a condition indicated by the one or more pre-defined codes in the selected record.

Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to methods and systems for the processing of database records based on results of a dynamic query session. More specifically, one or more templates can be defined. Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to methods and systems for the timely processing of records exchanged between service provider systems and responsible entity systems by a records management and processing system. More specifically, the records management and processing system can maintain a set of rules defining conditions for processing records and associated actions to affect that processing upon satisfaction of or failure to satisfy the conditions of that rule. Updates to some or all of these records can be received from a data update service. The records management and processing system can apply the rules to the records and assign tags to the records based on the received update information and the conditions defined in the applied rules. The records management and processing system can then process the updated records according to workflows for processing the updated records based on the assigned tags and applied rules.

Workflow automation on policy updates

Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to methods and systems for adapting workflows for the processing of database records. More specifically, the records management and processing system can maintain a plurality of records in a database. Each record can comprise a record of a service provided to a consumer by a service provider of a plurality of service providers. For each record of the plurality of records, an expected result from taking an additional action on the record can be determined. A set of records from the plurality of records and having a common attribute value can be determined based on the determined expected result for each record of the plurality of records. The identified records can be processed according to one or more workflows executed by the records management and processing system.

Adapting workflows based on expected results

Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to methods and systems for the timely processing of records exchanged between service provider systems and responsible entity systems by a records management and processing system. More specifically, one or more optimization functions can be applied to the records. Each optimization function can comprise a function defining maximization of resource utilization in processing of the plurality of records based on one or more constraints related to data of the records. A set of records from the plurality of records can be identified based on applying the defined optimization functions and data of the records related to the constraints of the optimization function and the identified records can be processed according to one or more workflows.
