A process for the additive manufacturing of a three-dimensional metal part consists of successively solidifying successively deposited layers of metal powder by melting with a laser beam (), and defining in each of these successive layers at least one core region () and/or at least one shell region. The melting of said core regions () is effected with said laser beam () so as to form weld beads () that have identical widths (L), are mutually parallel and are juxtaposed or spaced apart or overlap over a distance less than X % of their width, and the melting of said shell regions is effected similarly to form weld beads that have identical widths to one another and to the weld beads of the core, are mutually parallel and that overlap over a distance greater than X % of their width, X being greater than 0 and less than 100.

Process for the additive manufacturing of a three-dimensional metal part

Process for additive manufacturing of at least one part. At least one layer of powder is deposited on a working surface using a layering device for distributing the powder mobile in translation along the surface and at least partly fusing the layer deposited using a beam of energy. The depositing and fusing steps are repeated in order to form the part by stacking of fused layers. The distribution component of the layering device is mobile in a direction substantially parallel to the direction of the length of each fused layer of the part. The depositing and fusing steps are repeated in order to form the part so that the length of the part extends along a direction substantially parallel to the stacking direction of the fused layers and so that the head of the part is oriented substantially perpendicular to the working surface.

Process for powder-based additive manufacturing of a part, in particular a lining blade for a tire mould

Process for the additive manufacturing of at least one part by powder sintering or melting using at least one beam of energy. A step of deposition and selective melting of stacked layers of powder manufactures at least one intermediate element comprising the part and at least one local reinforcing element having a split tubular shape that surrounds one of the lateral end faces of the part and that face each of the frontal faces of said part adjacent to said end face, said reinforcing element extending in a direction substantially parallel to the stacking direction of the layers. The part and the local reinforcing element are separated.
