A hydraulic anti-vibratory support sleeve is provided having two rigid tubular frames surrounding each other mutually and joined together by an elastomer body adhering thereto and shaped so as to form at least two sealed pockets full of liquid and communicating together through a narrow channel, said body having the general form of an X in axial section. The channel extends along a transverse arc of a circle situated axially and radially at the level of the ends of the arms of the X.

In an antivibratory support intended to be interposed between a vehicle chassis and an internal combustion engine, which support comprises a work chamber (A) and a compensation chamber (B) filled with a liquid (L), joined together by a restricted passage (9) and separated from each other by a dividing wall (8) equipped with a deformable or mobile valve (10), this valve is mounted on its seat (13) by means of a metal washer (14, 15) bearing radially with a buttressing effect against an internal cylindrical face (16) integral with the seat (13), said washer being formed by a flat ring (14) extended outwards by a circle of lugs (15) extending in the form of a truncated cone.

A hydraulic antivibratory support sleeve is provided comprising two rigid tubular frames (1,2) one surrounding the other and joined together by an elastomer body (3) adhered thereto and shaped so as to form therewith at least two diametrically opposite sealed pockets (A,B) communicating together through a narrow channel (E), the assembly formed by said pockets and said channel being filled with a damping liquid (L), the pockets being in the form of cavities formed axially in at least one solid annulus. These cavities (A,B) open respectively into two separate annular chambers (C,D) and these two chambers are joined together exclusively by the narrow channel (E) which extends axially or helically.

The invention relates to an antivibratory support to be fitted between the chassis and the engine of a vehicle, which support comprises two deformable chambers filled with liquid (12) and communicating with each other through a constricted passage (11), namely a work chamber (A) defined by a bowl (1) connected to the chassis, by a thick resilient ring (7), by an internal bell (8) connected to the engine and plunging into the bowl and by a dividing wall (10) closing this bell, and a compensation chamber (B) defined by the dividing wall and by a bellows (9) inside the bell. The bowl comprises a re-entrant flange (3) and the bell a peripheral bead (8.sub.1) covered with an annular rubber shoe (13), which cannot pass through the opening defined by said flange.

The invention provides a hydraulic antivibratory support interposed between a vehicle chassis and engine, including a work chamber (A) and a compensation chamber (B) filled with liquid and joined together through a nozzle (19) whose section, which determines the frequency of the best damped oscillations, can be modified even during operation of the support. This nozzle is defined at least partially by a deformable wall (20) and modifications of the section of the nozzle are obtained by deforming the wall.

The invention relates to an antivibration support comprising, between two rigid elements, a box which defines two deformable chambers filled with liquid separated by a deformable partition and communicating with each other through a throttled passage. The partition is constituted by a diaphragm surrounded by a beading which is gripped between two perforated thin metal disks, the periphery of the first disk alone is overlapping and fixed to one of the rigid elements, and the passage comprises a curvilinear channel bounded by areas of the beading, of the first disk and of an elastic wall of the box.

Hydraulic antivibration supports

The invention relates to an antivibration support to be inserted between the frame and the engine of a vehicle. The support comprises two deformable chambers filled with liquid, separated by a deformable partition, and communicating with one another through a restricted passage, namely an operating chamber whose lateral wall forms a support and joins two rigid parts fixed respectively to the frame and to the engine, and a compensating chamber. When abnormally high thrusts are applied to the engine, the deformations of the wall are limited by abutment, against a ring immersed in the operating chamber and borne by the first rigid part, of a central foot fast to the second rigid part, and passing with clearance through the ring and/or of an overlapping sole terminating this foot.
