Defining magnetic locks with permanent magnet and inductive coil that can be controlled instantaneously on demand within a battery pack by injection of a low electrical current from one or more BMSs. Whatever the positioning of the magnetic locks within the battery pack, one or more controlling BMSs can be positioned either on each accumulator or busbar, or on a branch to control on demand the set of accumulators in electrical series or in parallel, in the branch, either singly or at overall pack level.

A battery pack wherein each battery is mechanically and electrically connected by a magnetic device to a busbar. In case of failure of any accumulator, it is disconnected completely passively because its failure generates an inactivation of the magnetic device. The disconnection causes the gravity drop of the accumulator and the possibly completely passive implementation of an accumulator shunt.

The present invention relates to a bushing forming a terminal for a storage battery, made through an opening connecting to either side of a wall comprising two opposing surfaces, which comprises: two electrically insulating washers, each comprising a bearing portion resting by the surface thereof under pressure against one of the surfaces of the wall and a guiding portion projecting from the bearing portion and resting under pressure against the edge of the opening; two electrically conductive parts, in which a male part is adjusted clamped inside the female part, each one of the parts comprising a bearing portion resting by the surface thereof under pressure against a bearing portion of the washers, the female part resting by the surface thereof under pressure against the guiding portions of the washers. The material(s) of the parts is/are fitted, and the section(s) thereof is/are sized so as to enable the flow of an electric current with a value of no less than 100 A.

A method for producing an electrochemical bundle of a lithium battery, such as an Li-ion battery, with a view to electrically connecting same to the output terminals of the battery, wherein it includes the combination of two steps of folding an electrochemical bundle of a lithium battery which are carried out separately, i.e. a radial folding with plastic deformation and an axial compacting, which make it possible to obtain two separate areas on at least one, and preferably both, of the lateral ends of the bundle. The invention also concerns a method for producing an electrical connection part between the electrochemical bundle and one of the output terminals of the battery, and an associated current collector.

The liquid electrolyte storage battery includes a battery case consisting of a top wall, a bottom wall and a side wall delineating a cavity. The top wall includes an electrolyte injection hole. The battery case also includes a lateral hole formed in a bottom area of the side wall and defining a tank area for a liquid electrolyte solution. The tank area is delineated by the bottom wall, the side wall and a plane parallel to the bottom wall and passing via the lower edge of the lateral hole.
