The scroll refrigeration compressor according to the invention includes a sealed enclosure at least partially defining a discharge chamber designed to be connected to a discharge line, and a discharge valve attached on the sealed enclosure and fluidly connected to the discharge chamber. The discharge valve includes a valve body, a valve seat, and a discharge check valve movable between a covering position and a released position. The discharge valve includes deflection means positioned in the valve body and arranged to orient the flow of refrigerant coming from the discharge line at least partially toward the periphery of the discharge check valve.

The oil injection device according to the invention includes an oil pump designed to be rotationally coupled to the electric motor of a compressor and including inlet and outlet ports, an oil injection duct connected to the first outlet port and designed to supply a compression stage of the compressor with oil, and an oil return duct connected to the first outlet port and designed to return the oil into an oil sump of the compressor. The pressure losses in the oil injection duct are primarily singular pressure losses proportional to the square of the oil flow rate passing through the oil injection duct. The pressure losses in the oil return duct are primarily pressure losses due to friction proportional to the oil flow rate passing through the oil return duct.

A valve arrangement including a valve plate with at least one delivery port intended to allow fluid flow from a delivery line made in of a volute of the compressor, and a valve seat made on a first face of the valve plate, a delivery valve moveable between an obturation position and a release position, retaining means arranged for limiting the movement range of the delivery valve. The arrangement further includes at least one bypass valve positioned adjacent to the second face of the valve plate, the bypass valve being moveable between an obturation position of a bypass channel made in the plate of said volute, and a release position in of said bypass channel, and retaining means positioned on the second face of the valve plate and arranged in order to limit the movement range of the bypass valve towards its release position.

Valve arrangement for a scroll refrigeration compressor

A compressor including: a stationary volute and a moving volute each including a plate provided with a scroll, said scrolls defining variable-volume compression chambers; a delivery line provided in the plate of the stationary volute; a delivery port arranged such as to establish a communication between the delivery line and a delivery chamber; and a non-return device including (i) a valve seat surrounding the delivery port and (ii) a delivery valve which can move between delivery port opening and closing positions. The compressor includes: at least one bypass passage having a first end opening into the delivery line at a point between the central compression chamber and the valve seat and a second end opening into an intermediate compression chamber or into a low-pressure portion of the compressor, and at least one bypass valve which can move between bypass passage closing and opening positions.

A machine having two volute casings describing an orbital relative movement, one of the volute casings being fitted with at least one scroll and the other volute casing being equipped with at least two scrolls, the various scrolls delimiting a first series of variable-volume chambers belonging to a first compression or expansion stage, and a second series of variable-volume chambers belonging to a second compression or expansion stage, each stage having a high-pressure fluid passage and low-pressure fluid passage.
