A pre-filled hypodermic syringe includes a tubular body having two open ends and containing a fluid to be administered to a patient; a plunger which, having at one of its ends a piston mounted to slide in the tubular body, passes through the opening of the first end of the tubular body; a tip for connection in the form of a cone of the Luer or Luer-Lock type, for example for connecting to a needle or to a drip, intended to pass the fluid that is to be administered and comprising a tubular part communicating with the opening of the second end; the tip comprising an obturator connected by a frangible region to the free end of its tubular part, the syringe being made of a synthetic material and obtained by molding, the obturator being molded as one piece with the tip and the tubular body.

The invention relates to a medical bag which is intended for the infusion of a medicament by means of gravity. The inventive bag comprises: at least two compartments, namely a first compartment () containing a medicament in the form of a solution and a second compartment () containing a rinsing solution; and means for separating/communicating the compartments, which prevent the rinsing solution from automatically entering the medicament compartment except at the end of the infusion period. The rinsing solution ends the infusion, by rinsing the medicament bag and the infusion line, such as to prevent any risk of contamination or leakage of residual medicament from the bag or line.

This syringe comprises a tubular piece surrounding the body of the syringe and driving the stem of the plunger of the syringe. During injection, the tubular piece slides forward on the body. At the end of injection the tubular piece detaches from the stem and, its front part can continue to slide in order to sheathe the needle.

This device comprises: a syringe body equipped with an access which may be connected in succession to a filling member, such as a needle, and to an infusion line fitted with a non-return valve to allow liquid to pass from the syringe into the line; a housing mounted so that it can slide in leaktight fashion inside the body so as to vary the volume of a chamber which it delimits with the body of the syringe; an element which, forming a piston, mounted on the housing and in contact with the chamber, is able, according to its position, to create a raised pressure or reduced pressure in the chamber; means for moving the piston-forming element back and forth.
