A contact pole interrupting device in an electrical switching apparatus composed of a moving contact holder including a cylindrical contact pressure spring, a slide that moves along a longitudinal axis, and a mobile bridge supporting two mobile contacts. The mobile bridge has a central opening in which are inserted two protuberances belonging to the slide and equipped with an outer pin enabling the slide to be clamp-mounted on the mobile bridge. An end of the spring, which rests on the mobile bridge, is kept in a place by a flange on side ends of the slide and is centered by the protuberances of the slide.

Interrupting device for switching apparatus

A switching apparatus including an electromagnetic command device fitted with a magnetic circuit made up of a main circuit polarized by a permanent magnet and linked to a depolarizing coil and through a movable circuit integral with a movable support subject to a return spring and acting directly or indirectly on at least one disconnecting pole. The main magnetic circuit has at least two air gaps in series on the path of the magnetic flux generated by the permanent magnet and the movable magnetic circuit includes at least two parts capable of closing the air gaps when the main magnetic circuit and the movable magnetic circuit are joined together and are crossed by the magnetic flux created by the permanent magnetic, thereby carrying out a locking function and creating a multiplication of the locking forces, with an unlocking function being provided by the depolarization coil the counter-flux from which crosses the magnetic circuit and air gaps.

Switch with electromagnetic command

The present invention relates to a control and signalling device for a protective switching apparatus of the relay switch type which is provided with power switches (1) and a protection assembly (4) and is capable of detecting faults (overloads or overcurrents) on each current path associated with a switch (1), this device being actuated by a manual control member (51) which can take an operating 'run' position corresponding to closed contacts, a 'stop' position corresponding to open contacts and a 'trip' position corresponding to the position after detection of a fault, characterised by the fact that it comprises a mobile spring loaded cam (52) actuated by a triggering spring (54) and capable of--from the 'run' position in which it is locked by an automatic interlock (55) and after the triggering and release of the interlock (55)--of turning the manual control member (51) which then actuates the coil switch (81).

Control and signalling device for protective switching apparatus

A contactor/circuit-breaker type switch device having at least one power switching pole comprising fixed contacts (1, 2) cooperating with mobile contacts (5) coupled to an actuator member (15) actuated by a solenoid (8) or by a lock lever (12) linked to a lock (23), characterised in that the lock lever (12) actuates the mobile contact actuator member (15) directly and in that the mobile parts (10) of the solenoid actuate the actuator member (15) via a coupling lever (13) adapted to be coupled to said mobile parts (10) by a demountable coupling (19, 221) associated with locking means (14) conditioned by the status of the lock.

Contactor/circuit-breaker type switch device

A contactor/protection relay type protection switch comprises at least one power pole comprising a mobile contact holder cooperating with fixed contacts. It can be moved by an operating lever coupled to moving parts of a solenoid. The switch includes an elastic device between the end of the lever coupled to the solenoid and a plunger of the contact holder.

Protection switch

A switch having at least one power switching pole includes a contact bridge cooperating with fixed contacts and adapted to be maneuvered either by mobile parts of a solenoid or by a tripping mechanism. The contact bridge is rotatable and the mobile parts of the solenoid operate the contact bridge through the intermediary of a transmission mechanism.

The invention provides a safety device for switching appliances formed by the assembly of at least two removable modular elements, namely a switching module and an indirect switching control module which is able to pass from a tripped condition to a set condition by means of a setting member, tripping following a tripping order applied to a tripping member. The control module is fixed to the switching module by means of a screw whose head is only accessible in the set condition of the control module.

Safety device for a switching appliance formed by assembling together

The invention provides a magneto-thermal device for overcurrent relays. The end of a core, whose axial position may be adjusted with respect to a mobile plate, placed opposite and pivoting about one end of the yoke, is secured against movement by a wedge which is guided in a groove belonging to a flange of the coil shell. This device may be used in any thermal relay where a stable and precise adjustment of the tripping current threshold is desired.
