Exemplary semiconductor processing systems may include a processing chamber, and may include a remote plasma unit coupled with the processing chamber. Exemplary systems may also include an adapter coupled with the remote plasma unit. The adapter may include a first end and a second end opposite the first end. The adapter may define an opening to a central channel at the first end, and the central channel may be characterized by a first cross-sectional surface area. The adapter may define an exit from a second channel at the second end, and the adapter may define a transition between the central channel and the second channel within the adapter between the first end and the second end. The adapter may define a third channel between the transition and the second end of the adapter, and the third channel may be fluidly isolated from the central channel and the second channel.

Semiconductor processing chamber for improved precursor flow

A wearable device takes potentially contaminated air from the environment, sterilizes it with UVC light, and transports the sterilized air to a headgear. In the headgear it provides an air curtain at a slight overpressure, flowing from the top down. Used air exits the headgear at its bottom. The headgear includes a helmet or a full-face mask. An inline system connects to the headgear using an air hose. The inline system has two or more connecting pipes on the inside of which are UVC light sources. Air flows from an air inlet filter through the connecting pipes, where it is disinfected by the UVC light, to the air hose and headgear. Mounting brackets mount the connecting pipes, and may include fans, and brackets for the UVC light sources.

The body includes a first channel formed within the body and adapted to pass a first fluid from a first fluid supply line through the first channel to a first opening. This invention is a microballoon tipped catheter. The catheter has a shaft which is of varying flexibility with the most flexible portion towards the distal tip. The balloon, located near the distal tip of the catheter, is typically of an elastic material, is quite flexible in its own right when deflated, and is quite small. The catheter shaft has a main lumen extending from the proximal end to the distal end so to allow the use of a guidewire in placing the catheter's distal tip in remote regions of the vasculature and for delivery of drugs, diagnostics, and other biologics to those regions. The catheter shaft has a wall that desirably is of a multilayer construction. The wall preferably includes an independent lumen, which may be formed from a small diameter tubing that is placed between layers of the wall, for the inflation and deflation of the microballoon. The inflation lumen proceeds from the proximal end of the catheter and terminates near the distal end of the catheter but within the microballoon. This catheter is especially useful in treating disease within the high pressure vessels of the brain with drugs or other therapeutic agents and permits temporary blockage of blood flow and thereby allow better absorption of those active agents.
