A locking bracket and methods of using the same are disclosed. The locking bracket includes a rigid body and a locking pin slidably and rotatably coupled to the rigid body and movable between an unlocked position and a locked position. An engagement member can enter and exit the rigid body when the locking pin is in the unlocked position but is locked to the rigid body when the locking pin is in the locked position. Optionally, the rigid body may include a guide portion that guides the engagement member to a mounting position within the rigid body. The methods include swinging an attachment component towards a main body until the engagement member engages the locking bracket coupled to the main body, removing the locking pin from the unlocked position, and locking the attachment component to the bracket by placing the locking pin in the locked position.

Locking bracket and methods of using the same

A mower unit provided in a grass mower unit includes a mower deck having a top plate and a side plate extending downwards from the top plate, a rotational shaft extending through the top plate and rotatably supported to the top plate, and a blade attached to the rotational shaft inside the mower deck. A vibration detection unit is attached to the mower deck for detecting vibration in the mower deck. Vibration detected by the vibration detection unit is informed via an informing unit.

An open-cabin riding mower includes a haptic feedback device incorporated in at least one of a driver's seat, a footrest and a maneuvering operational tool which are contact with the driver's body in the course of traveling and configured to provide a physical stimulus to the driver, a condition evaluation unit for evaluating a condition related to traveling of the mower and a device control section for controlling an operational pattern of the haptic feedback device based on result of the evaluation by the condition evaluation unit.

A mid-mount riding grass mower includes a belt transmission device attached to an upper portion of a mower unit, and a cover unit that covers the belt transmission device. The cover unit includes a lower cover extending upward from the mower deck so as to surround three sides of the belt transmission device, and right and left side covers detachably attached to right and left end portions of the traveling vehicle body. The lower cover has an upper end disposed higher than an upper end of the belt transmission device and has a vertical length for forming a maintenance space relative to a front/rear intermediate lower portion of the traveling vehicle body when the mower unit is located at its lower limit position.
