A catheter for radial artery access to the contralateral subclavian artery and internal mammary artery is disclosed. The catheter includes a preformed tubular hook element configured for aligning coaxially within the subclavian artery from a radial access. The tubular hook element includes a first arm connected to a second arm via a curved element, and a second arm connected, via a second curved element, to an elongated tubular body. Each curved element has an angle between approximately 90-130 degrees. The catheter can receive a second catheter and guide it to further advance the subclavian artery. The second catheter then extends past distal end of the catheter and advances into the internal mammary arteries for selective angiography and intervention. The two-catheter system allows angiography and intervention of the entire right and left upper extremities to be performed depending on the access from the left or right radial artery, respectively.

This invention shows a method for operating a voice communications network that comprises dynamically associating a private number with at least one public number of a circuit-switched voice communication network, authenticating a user of a private number without reliance on a static reproducible data code, receiving an incoming call to the public number and routing the incoming call from a caller to the private number. The method also shows the generation of an outgoing call from the private number and passing the outgoing call through the public number while generating calling party information to a target which preserves the privacy of the caller, and altering an associating of the private number and at least one public number. The system therefore acts as a proxy with authentication by means of dynamic code security. The caller and the user of the private number share seamless round-trip telephone communications while preserving the anonymity of the user of the private number. The system functionality is advantageously presented as a restricted option space defined by a 'skin', which provides a consistent and purposeful set of functionality useful for a predetermined population of users.

A board game of chance and skill using a game board, a pair of dice, and tokens. The player throwing the highest initial roll begins game play. Rolling one six or two sixes allows movement of one token or two tokens, respectively, from a home base space marked with a country name to a starting space marked 'GATE' and along a clockwise path of movement to a finish space marked 'PARADISE'. A token is returned to home base space if another player's token lands on the same game space. A blockade, which may not be passed by other players' tokens until such blockade is broken, is created when two tokens of one player are placed on the same game space. An exact roll is required to enter a finish space. The first player with all tokens in his finish space is the winner.

Board game

A fishing lure comprises a natural stone as a lure body and has fracture surfaces randomly oriented. Preferably a pair of fishing hook and fishing line attachment fittings are securely fastened to opposite ends of the lure body, and a feather may be optionally glued to the lure body.
