Air grille panel

A passenger window shade on an aircraft is provided. The passenger window shade includes a first section of the passenger window shade. The first section forms a substantially flat and thin plane. The first section has a first transparency to visible light. The passenger window shade includes a second section of the passenger window shade situated within the first section. The second section includes a second transparency to visible light that is different from the first transparency such that an image is formed inside the aircraft when visible light is aimed at the passenger window shade from outside the aircraft.

There is provided an air grille panel assembly for a vehicle. The assembly includes an air grille panel having air grille openings, a top end, and a bottom end. The top end is configured for coupling to a sidewall panel in a cabin of the vehicle. The bottom end is configured for coupling to a raceway assembly on a floor in the cabin. The assembly further includes a frame member disposed around a perimeter of each of the air grille openings, to define each of the air grille openings, an air grille coupled to the frame member and covering each of the air grille openings, and a cover member releasably attached to the air grille. The assembly is configured for coupling to the sidewall panel, via a float attachment, that allows for a vertical adjustment, to accommodate different installed positions of the assembly in the cabin of the vehicle.

A window assembly for a vehicle includes a frame, one or more panes secured to the frame, and a shade movably coupled to the frame. The shade is configured to be moved between an open position and a closed position. The shade includes an illuminator that is configured to allow ambient light from outside of the vehicle to pass through and illuminate the illuminator.

A method and apparatus is provided for adjusting a latch. An apparatus comprises a latch body, a first member, and a second member associated with the latch body. A receiving area extends through at least a portion of the latch body. The first member is configured to be at least partially received within the receiving area of the latch body. The first member has a first coupling element. The second member has a second coupling element. Movement of the first member along an axis through the receiving area changes a distance between the first coupling element and the second coupling element.

An apparatus comprising a latch body and a plurality of locking mechanisms. The latch body has a plurality of channels that extend through the latch body. The plurality of locking mechanisms is housed within the latch body. A locking mechanism in the plurality of locking mechanisms comprises a plate and a spring mechanism. The plate has an opening positioned relative to a corresponding channel in the plurality of channels. The spring mechanism is configured to hold the plate in a locked position within the latch body.
