A magnetic stopper, for a rotary motion system that includes a base unit and a rotary unit rotatably mounted on the base unit, includes a static part configured to be mounted on the base unit and a rotary arm configured to be mounted on the rotary unit. The static part includes a rotary arm stopping portion configured to receive a distal end portion of the rotary arm, and a movable arrangement including a magnet holder and a mobile magnet mounted on the magnet holder and movable within the rotary arm stopping portion. The rotary arm includes a rotary arm magnet configured to magnetically interact with the mobile magnet when the static part and the rotary part are mounted respectively on the base and rotary units, to prevent excessive movement of the rotary unit when the rotary motion system is operating.

A movable part of a linear motor, having a primary part movable relative to a secondary part, includes a carriage, the primary part, and an interface member for removably connecting the carriage to the primary part. The carriage is configured to fixedly support an object to be moved, such as, for example, a machine part of a machine tool. The carriage includes two opposite lateral sides and a bottom side having an interface member receiving portion including anchoring receiving parts. The carriage interface member is fixedly connected to the primary part and includes anchoring portions mounted on respective anchoring receiving parts of the carriage. Two opposite edge portions of the carriage interface member are aligned and are fixedly connected to a portion of respective opposite lateral sides of the carriage.

A coupling element for a positioning device, which includes a first and second linear guides for guiding first and second carriages respectively along first and second linear directions, is configured to create a coupling between the first carriage and the second linear guide. The coupling element includes a central part and a surrounding part spaced at a distance therefrom. The surrounding part has a central portion surrounding the central part, and has two end portions adjoining the central portion in the first linear direction. Connecting flat springs are disposed to create the distance and connect together the central part and the central portion of the surrounding part. The connecting flat springs lie in planes which intersect at a center of the central part. A vertical flat spring is disposed parallel to the first linear direction at each of the two end portions of the surrounding part.

An assembly includes a main support having integrated therein first and second fastening devices, an intermediate support and a scale, as well as third and fourth fastening devices. The scale has a measuring graduation disposed in a measuring graduation plane and adapted for position measurement in a longitudinal direction. The first fastening device is designed to hold the intermediate support on the main support at a first position such that it is longitudinally fixed, and the second fastening device is designed to hold the intermediate support at a second position such that it is freely movable in the longitudinal direction. The third fastening device is designed to hold the scale on the intermediate support at the first position such that it is longitudinally fixed, and the fourth fastening device is designed to hold the scale at a third position such that it is freely movable in the longitudinal direction.

A vibration sensor includes a mass block supported with the aid of at least one spring in a manner allowing movement relative to a frame in a measuring direction, a displacement of the mass block in the measuring direction relative to the frame being detectable by a position-measuring device. The position-measuring device includes a measuring standard and a scanning head aligned with the measuring standard. One of these two components is secured on the mass block, and the other is secured on the frame.
