A coupling formed of a tubular body defining an internal channel. The body is formed of a first part for connecting the channel to a circuit element and a second part defining a housing for a pipe end, the first and second parts including mutually engaged end portions, wherein the housing extends into the end portion of the second part and the end portions include facing openings for receiving a clip element for securing the parts to each other. The opening of the second part opens into the housing and the clip element has a locking portion that is elastically deformable from a retaining state to a free state for extracting the clip element. The clip element projects into the housing such that the pipe end prevents the locking portion from deforming to its free state and being extracted.

A coupling device for coupling a pipe end to a circuit element, the device including a body axially subdivided into a joining section for joining to the circuit element and a connection section provided with a housing for receiving the pipe end, and elements for engaging it in leaktight manner, the engagement elements including at least one arm extending axially from the connection section and having a free, gripper end for gripping the pipe end, the arm being elastically deformable between a gripping state and a release state for releasing the pipe end; and a holding ring connected to the connection section to receive a portion of the pipe end and to pivot between a position allowing free deformation of the arm, and at least one holding position in which a surface of the ring holds the arm in one of its two states.

Instant coupling device with locking and/or disconnection means

A tubular element for securing to a tube end by friction-welding for the purpose of transporting a fluid, the element includes a body () having a housing () formed therein to receive the tube end, the housing having an inlet segment () for the tube end and a welding segment () with an inlet defined by a surface () for initiating welding. The housing further includes, between the inlet segment and the welding segment, at least one reception groove () for receiving a portion of the tube end that is pushed back during welding, the reception groove having a flank with at least a portion forming the weld-initiating surface and on its other side an abutment flank for the pushed-back portion. A method of friction welding is also disclosed.

A quick connector including a female part, a male part, and a latch. The latch includes a latching ring which slides within a housing of the female part, and a backing ring which is fitted on the latching ring and is slidable relative thereto. As the male part is inserted into the female part, the latching ring locks the parts and a folded tab of the backing ring is raised to provide a visual indication that male part is locked in the female part.

A quick coupling device comprising a body () axially subdivided into a link section () for linking to a first duct (), and a connection section () arranged to receive in leaktight manner one end of a second duct (), the body being associated with a retaining member () possessing tabs () that are elastically deformable between a state of gripping an outer bead () on the end of the second duct, and a state of releasing the bead, the retaining member being mounted on the body to turn between a free deformation position in which the tabs can deform between their two states, and at least one holding position in which the tabs cooperate with a surface () that is secured to the body and that holds the tabs in one of their two states.

Quick coupling device

A guide bushing for guiding a tubular element in a bore of a coupling, the bushing being provided externally with retaining elements for retaining the bushing in the bore, and internally with guide shoes for guiding the tubular element inside the bushing, the retaining elements and the guide shoes being associated with portions of the bushing that are deformable between a first state in which the retaining elements are in an active position anchoring the bushing in the bore and in which the shoes define a section for passing the tubular element, and a second state in which the retaining elements are in inactive position set back from their active position and in which the guide shoes define a section that is smaller than the section for passing the tubular element. The invention also provides a corresponding coupling.

A connector with enhanced safety includes: a female component defining a stepped housing, a male component with a flange, whereof the outer diameters correspond to those of the stepped housing of the female component, a lock collar transversely mobile in a base of the female component, located at the intake thereof. There is an additional locking cage whereof one wall forms a front cap at the end of the female component, mounted sliding on the base of the lock collar between a connecting position allowing the flange to pass through the front cap of the cage, and a locking position preventing the flange from passing through the front cap, the cage including, parallel to the cap and at the rear thereof, a wire pin whereof the elastic branches define each of the two positions through matching shapes with the female component.

Connector with enhanced safety

A quick connector includes a female portion with a staggered bore whereof one cross-section with large diameter can receive an outer flange of a male portion of the connector beyond a lock, the lock including a ring having an orifice for allowing through the flange and mounted in a housing provided in the female portion at the cross-section with large diameter of its bore to slide radially in the housing between a first inactive locking position wherein the passage orifice of the ring is eccentric relative to the axis of the bore and a second retracted position wherein the passage orifice is substantially coaxial with the bore. The lock further including a locking indicator mounted radially sliding in the ring between a first indicating position wherein the locking indicator does not obstruct the passage orifice and a second indicating position wherein the locking indicator obstructs the passage orifice.

A fast coupler for a fluid connection includes a male part and a female part. The female part having a staged counterboring whereof the cross-section of larger diameter can receive an outer flange of the male part, beyond a mobile lock in a housing transverse to the counterboring. The coupler also includes a connection indicating device locked on the female part by a device partly housed in the housing and deactivated by the flange of the male part when it is inserted into the counter boring. The indicator device may include a member for permanent connection to the closed fluid circuit by the coupler.
