A method for supplying and a method for obtaining, by a terminal, from a first user, a biometric signature of a second user. The terminal receives a radio signal transmitted by a transmitter device according to a near-field communication technology, via a channel using the electromagnetic wave conduction capabilities of the body of the second user when the second user comes into contact with or grazes a surface of the transmitter device and via a channel using the electromagnetic wave capabilities of the body of the first user when the first user comes into contact with or grazes the second user, and obtains, from this radio signal, the biometric signature of the second user. The biometric signature is stored in a secure memory space of the terminal in order to be used subsequently during an authentication of the first user.

Method and device for supplying a terminal of a first user with a biometric signature of a second user

A method for recognising a user whose body is capable of re-transmitting an electromagnetic signal in the form of an electromagnetic wave. The method is implemented on a transceiver device and includes the following steps on the device: transmitting an electromagnetic pulse signal; obtaining a re-transmitted signal when the user is in the vicinity of the device, the signal depending on the transmitted pulse signal; comparing the re-transmitted signal with at least one reference signal of the user; and recognising the user if the re-transmitted signal is close to the reference signal.

Method and device for recognizing a user

A method for controlling the authentication of a user by an authentication device, the authentication being implemented by verification, by the authentication device, that a code entered by the user on an interaction interface of the authentication device corresponds to a predetermined code associated with the user is disclosed. A signal representative of a radio signal characteristic of an interaction of the user on the interaction interface of the authentication device is received by the user's terminal. The radio signal is transmitted by an antenna of the authentication device via a channel using electromagnetic wave conduction capacities of the user's body when the user enters the code. It is verified that the radio signal corresponds to a previously stored reference signal, and, in the event of a positive verification, a piece of data representative of the user's identity is transmitted to the authentication device for verification with the user's identity.

Method and device for authenticating a user using the conductivity of the human body

A method for recognizing a user carrying a terminal capable of receiving a radio signal coming from a device equipped with an antenna suitable for transmitting the signal. The signal is intended to be transmitted between the device and the terminal by using electromagnetic wave conduction capacities of the body of the user when at least one part of his/her body is in the vicinity of the antenna. When the user makes a characteristic movement, to move the part of his/her body close to the antenna, the device transmits a characteristic signal of the movement. The method includes: receiving a signal coming from the device; generating a characteristic datum of the movement; obtaining at least one signature; comparing the characteristic datum with the signature; and depending on the results of the comparison, recognizing the user.

Method and system for recognizing a user during a radio communication via the human body

A portable object for near field communication with an external reader able to provide a magnetic field. The object has no internal power supply or energy storage. It includes a near field communication module having at least one antenna and a microcontroller for managing the near field communication; and a support member in the form of a bracelet for receiving the antenna. The object is designed such that the antenna extends substantially along the bracelet-shaped support member, so that, when the object is within the incident magnetic field, the antenna, which is wound over the length of the support member, is at least partly exposed to the field irrespective of the orientation of the object in space. A method for communicating on a terminal. The terminal is able to receive a message in a carrier radiowave by using the electromagnetic wave conduction capacities of a first channel, being supported by the body of a user carrying the terminal. The terminal is also able to communicate with a second device over a second wireless channel having a support separate from the body of the user. A shell for a mobile telephone able to comprise a subscriber identity card. The mobile telephone has, on the one hand, a front face exhibiting a user interface and, on the other hand, a rear face. The shell has an internal surface and an external surface. The demodulator is for processing a signal having a carrier modulated by (0, .pi.) phase shifts and sampled at a rate that is at least twice the frequency of the carrier co. It comprises, in cascade: a first multiplier for squaring successive samples e(t), a phase locked loop adjusted to the frequency of the carrier, thereby performing programmable digital filtering; a divider for dividing the frequency by two, reconstituting the carrier from the output of the phase locked loop; a second multiplier receiving the sampled input signal and the output signal from the divider and an output lowpass digital filter. A phase adjustment circuit is placed upstream of one of the inputs of the second multiplier.
