In order to prevent hydraulic fluid infiltrating out from a hydraulic fluid tank () when a vehicle is in operation, the invention provides for the tank to be compartmentalized by an anti-overflow partition (). The anti-overflow partition is made in such a manner as to hold air captive inside the tank in the vicinity of a feed orifice () at a location placed in a top portion of said anti-overflow partition.

Hydraulic fluid reservoir

A quick-coupling device having a support () on which a female member () is mounted in a manner to move between a position of retaining a male member (E) in a position fitted into the female member () to a position of releasing the male member (E) from the female member (). This device has a lever () articulated to the support () between a rest position, wherein the lever () is separated from the female member (), to a position of collaboration that allows the female member () to be driven toward a position to allow the male member (E) to be released. The lever () includes structure () for guiding the male member (E) in such a way as to encourage guidance of the male member (E) to mate with the female member () when the lever () is in the rest position.

A tank intended for an electrohydraulic braking system comprises, according to the present invention, a first chamber () for the supply of a primary hydraulic circuit of a master cylinder with brake fluid, a second chamber () for the supply of a secondary hydraulic circuit of the master cylinder (not shown) with brake fluid, a third chamber () for the supply of a hydraulic pump with brake fluid, and a fourth chamber (), a measuring one, which accommodates a detection device, indicating when the brake-fluid level inside the tank is too low. The tank has a flow path for the interconnection of the first chamber (), the second chamber () and the third chamber () when the hydraulic-fluid level is higher than a safety level, and for the fluid-tight separation of said chambers when the hydraulic-fluid level is lower than the safety level.

Radial protrusions ( ) on the claw rings ( ) engage the tubular pipes ( ) to define a sealed connection. A tool ( ) may be inserted into the rectangular cavities ( ) and guided into engagement with the radial protrusions ( ) to thereafter terminate the sealed connection.

Cap for a reservoir (10), intended to be mounted on a reservoir having an external thread, of the type comprising an internal thread (16), a sealing gasket (42) and a labyrinth means (20) in a fluid passage between the threads and the inside of the cap, characterized in that the labyrinth means (20) comprises at least one intermediate accumulation chamber (34, 36) in the passage.
