An embodiment of a holding structure includes at least one receiving eye with a central receiving axis; at least two fixing points, with each fixing point having a fixing axis that runs parallel to the at least one receiving axis; a first wall and a second wall provided on opposite sides of the holding structure. In embodiments the first wall and the second wall are spaced apart in the direction of the at least one receiving axis; the at least one receiving eye extends from one of the two walls to the other wall; and the holding structure has at least one cavity that is provided between the first wall and the second wall.

Holding structure

A damper comprising a connection structure and a damper rod connected to the connection structure via a connection. In embodiments, the connection is made via a locking ring. A method of using a locking ring in a damper for fixing a damper rod to a connection structure is disclosed.

Damper for an air spring

A bearing structure component for a vehicle bearing, having at least one through-opening for receiving a connecting element or a bearing which is made of foamed synthetic material, and the foamed synthetic material forms an integral foam structure. In an embodiment, at least one first local section of the integral foam structure has a wall thickness of greater than 4 mm.

Bearing structure component

The invention relates to an air spring module having an air spring and a shock absorber for the suspension and damping of vibrations of a motor vehicle chassis. The air spring has a rolling bellows which is fastened to an air spring cover and a rolling piston. The rolling bellows at least partially delimits a first working space filled with compressed air. At least two working spaces are provided in the rolling piston, which are separated from one another by a partition and connectable to the first working space via switchable valves arranged in the rolling piston. In order to achieve simple production and installation as well as a low overall height, the rolling piston has at least two working spaces which are arranged adjacent to one another.

Air spring module

A bearing provides a vibration-insulating mount on a first component with a hole through which a central longitudinal axis extends. The bearing includes a first bearing part with a first fixing structure that can be arranged on one side of the first component, and a second bearing part with a second fixing structure that can be arranged on the other side of the first component. In embodiments, the first fixing structure comprises first pins that can protrude into the hole, and the second fixing structure comprises second pins that can protrude into the hole. In embodiments, at least one of the pins of each fixing structure is biased or is able to be biased radially outwards with respect to the central longitudinal axis.

Bearing and bearing arrangement

A bearing bush for supporting a motor vehicle part includes an inner tube made of a metal, a sliding sleeve made of a first plastic material and mounted rotatably on the inner tube, and an elastomer bearing which surrounds the sliding sleeve and has at least a first elastomer body and an outer sleeve. A sliding layer made of a second plastic material is applied to an outer circumferential surface of the inner tube, the first plastic material and the second plastic material forming a tribological pairing either of two different polymers from the groups of polyamides, polyoxymethylenes, polyketones, fluoropolymers, polyethylene terephthalates or polybutylene terephthalates, or the tribological pairing being formed from polyketone against polyketone, wherein the polymers of the tribological pairings each are present in a continuous thermoplastic polymer phase.

Bearing bush

A membrane for a hydraulically damping mount includes a first leg, a second leg and a base interconnecting the two legs. In embodiments, in an average thickness of one of the two legs is at least twice as thick as that of the other leg. A hydraulically damping mount with such a membrane is also disclosed.

A bearing includes a first housing part and a second housing part. A housing gap is formed between the first housing part and the second housing part, and a bearing unit is arranged in the housing gap. In embodiments, a sealing system is provided that seals the housing gap. The sealing system may include at least one first sealing lip that is designed such that it can pivot. In embodiments, a first sealing lip is at a distance from the first housing part and/or the second housing part in the non-sealing state, and for sealing the housing gap, the first sealing lip may pivot and come into contact with the first housing part and/or the second housing part.

Bearing for a support mount

A mounting system for the elastic mounting of a strut or a vibration damper on a vehicle body includes a unit insertable into a receiving cup and a fixing device. The unit includes a mounting unit and a piston rod of a strut or vibration damper. In embodiments, the mounting unit has an elastomer mount for mounting the piston rod; the elastomer mount has a core for receiving the piston rod and an elastomer body, and a ring element that is a separate part or is non-positively, positively and/or materially connected to the body; the unit and fixing device may be inserted into the receiving cup from a side facing away from the body; the fixing device engages behind an undercut formed on the receiving cup; the ring element is supported on the fixing device; and/or the elastomer body is prestressed and presses the ring element against the fixing device.

Mounting system for the elastic mounting of a strut or a vibration damper

An elastic mount for absorbing static and dynamic loads includes an inner part, an outer part, and at least one elastomer mount that elastically connects the parts. The elastomer mount transfers from a first position to a second position when absorbing a static load acting in the direction of a longitudinal axis of the mount, and may have a first elastomer body, second elastomer body, and an intermediate element arranged between the two elastomer bodies. The intermediate element may have a first connection surface aligned with the longitudinal axis such that in the second position the first elastomer body is soft in shear in the Z-direction, and rigid in the X-direction and/or the Y-direction; and a second connection surface aligned with the longitudinal axis such that in the second position the second elastomer body is soft in shear in the X-direction and/or in the Y-direction and rigid in the Z-direction.

Elastic mount

A slide bearing for a support mount of a motor vehicle includes a first housing part, a second housing part, and a slide bearing device arranged between the two housing parts. In embodiments, the slide bearing device includes at least a first slide body and at least a second slide body. With embodiments, at least a section of the first slide body is made of a hybrid material. A method of producing a slide body and a method of producing a slide bearing are also disclosed.

A hydraulically damping mount includes amount core and an outer tube. In an embodiment, the mount core is supported on the outer tube via a mount spring of an elastomeric material, and the mount spring divides the space formed between the mount core and the outer tube into at least two fluid-filled chambers that are in fluid communication with each other via at least one damping channel and at least one decoupling channel. In an embodiment, at least one torsion-resistant decoupling device is movable back and forth by fluid flows and is arranged in the at least one decoupling channel. In an embodiment, the decoupling device is formed so that during a fluid induced movement of the decoupling device its inflow sides always face the fluid flows.

Hydraulically damping bearing

In an embodiment, the present invention provides a stop device for limiting a vertical spring deflection of a motor vehicle leaf spring that is mounted on an axle member, the stop device including: a stop which limits a vertical movement of the leaf spring; a support structure for supporting and mounting the stop on a vehicle support; and a guiding device for receiving and guiding at least one of a cable, a line, and/or a holder. The guiding device is fastened to the support structure.
