A method for producing a conductive composite material for a battery such as a solid-state battery includes providing an ion-conducting electrolyte matrix that can be plasticized and that includes an ion-conducting first substance a base substance that can be plasticized and/or a polyelectrolyte; providing a second ion-conducting substance in the form of ion-conducting particles; introducing the ion-conducting particles into the electrolyte matrix to produce a mixture consisting of the ion-conducting particles and the electrolyte matrix; and homogenizing the mixture.

Method for producing a conductive composite material for a battery, and conductive composite material

A shielding mesh to counter scattered ionizing radiation is provided. The shielding mesh includes a plate, arrangement of depressions, a mesh of trenches, and an x-ray-absorbing material. The plate has a first side and a second side opposite the first side. The arrangement of depressions are in the plate and are open toward the second side. The mesh of trenches are in the plate and are open toward the first side. The x-ray-absorbing material is in the mesh of trenches. The mesh of trenches and arrangement of depressions are configured so that a wall of the plate remains between the arrangement of depressions and the mesh of trenches.

The disclosure relates to a method for producing a solid-state lithium ion conductor material in which the use of water and/or steam is a medium when the obtained intermediate product is cooled or quenched and, if needed, comminution of the intermediate product and/or carrying out of a cooling process with the production of a powder in one comminution step or in a plurality of comminution steps leads or lead to especially advantageous production products. The sintered body is made of open-pore sintered glass and has a porosity of greater than 50 vol %. The average pore size is in a range from 1 to 450 &#x3bc;m. The glass of the sintered body has a transition temperature Tof at least 450&#xb0; C.

The particles have a sphericity &#x3a8; of at least 0.7. The composite material includes at least 20 vol % of the particles for a polydispersity index PI of the particle size distribution of &#x3c;0.7 or are present in at least 30 vol % of the composite material for the polydispersity index in a range from 0.7 to &#x3c;1.2, or are present in at least 40 vol % of the composite material for the polydispersity index of &#x3e;1.2.

Lithium-ion-conducting composite material and process for producing

A lithium-ion-conducting composite material is provided that includes at least one polymer and lithium-ion-conducting particles. The interfacial resistance for the lithium-ion conductivity between the polymer and the particles is reduced as a result of a surface modification of the particles and therefore the lithium-ion conductivity is greater than for a comparable composite material wherein the interfacial resistance between the polymer and the particles is not reduced.

A composite material is provided that includes at least one first material and particles. The particles have a negative coefficient of thermal expansion and the particles have a sphericity &#x3a8; of at least 0.7. The composite material includes at least 30 vol % of the particles at a particle size of d&#x2264;1.0 &#x3bc;m or at least 40 vol % of the composite material at a particle size d&#x3e;1.0 &#x3bc;m.
