A stator for an electric machine, including a shaped rod winding, wherein the shaped rod winding is formed by a plurality of shaped rods which have connecting points in the region of a winding head, wherein the connection points are surrounded by a casting layer, and wherein a thickness of the casting layer is predetermined by an enveloping element which is arranged on the winding head close to the contour.

Stator for an electric machine

An injection mold, in particular for encapsulating rotors of electric machines, has a mold, wherein the mold has an arrangement of mold segments. The arrangement forms, along a longitudinal axis, a cavity for a component to be arranged. An exchange unit is provided, which is designed to remove at least one mold segment from and/or insert at least one mold segment into the arrangement, with the result that a size of the cavity can be changed.

Injection mold

A rotor, in particular of an electrical machine, has a base body and at least one metallic end plate which is mounted on the base body. The base body and the at least one end plate have a continuous layer which is injection molded.

Rotor

A method produces a rotor having at least one laminated core for an electrical machine, in which method at least one partial region of the rotor is provided with a plastic by injection molding. The method provides at least one disk following the laminated core in the axial direction of the rotor, by which disk the partial region is at least to a large extent delimited in the axial direction of the rotor; and by the injection molding, injects the plastic into the partial region via at least one through-opening in the disk leading into the partial region.

An electrical machine includes a rotor with a plurality of winding slots in which wire windings are arranged. A pair of covering slides is associated with each winding slot, wherein each covering slide has a closure wall, and the closure walls of the pairs of covering slides close the winding slots which are associated with them on that side of the winding slots which faces radially outward. Mutually facing longitudinal ends of the closure walls of the same pair of covering slides overlap in the assembled state in such a way that the closure walls of the same pair of covering slides overlap only in sections.

A battery module for a high-voltage battery of a motor vehicle includes a cell stack with a plurality of prismatic battery cells stacked along a stacking direction, two end pressure plates, which are arranged on ends of the cell stack that are opposite one another in the stacking direction, and a cooling plate with a coolant connection for feeding and/or discharging a coolant. The coolant connection is formed so as to project in a vertical direction oriented perpendicularly to the stacking direction. At least one intermediate pressure plate, which is arranged between two battery cells within the cell stack and which has at least one passage opening along the vertical direction, in which passage opening the coolant connection is arranged and is led in the direction of a top side of the cell stack fluidically couples with at least one coolant line of the high-voltage battery.
