An electric machine has a stator, a rotor, and a slip ring module which is connected to a motor shaft of the electric machine. The slip ring module is equipped with at least one wire guiding channel, through which a respective contact wire is guided in order to electrically connect a rotor winding to a slip ring. A first section of the wire guiding channel runs from the slip ring in the axial direction parallel to the motor shaft. A second section of the wire guiding channel runs adjacently thereto radially outwards. An elastic seal element which surrounds the respective contact wire is arranged in or on the second section in order to seal the wire guiding channel to prevent a lubricant from entering the channel.

Electric machine and motor vehicle

A device for electrical interconnection of cells of a battery pack through cell connectors, and a battery pack having the device and the cell connectors are provided. A plurality of cell connectors for connection of at least two cell poles are fitted on a mounting plate, electrically isolated from one another. Each cell connector has at least one flexible bracket which extends away from a connection area. The flexible brackets are coupled to the connection area through a resilient structure having a meandering shape.

To provide a cell connector for the electrically conductive connection of a first cell terminal of a first electrochemical cell and a second cell terminal of a second electrochemical cell of an electrochemical device, which allows a reliable and fail-safe connection of the cell terminals, it is proposed that the cell connector comprises a first contact section for connection to the first cell terminal, a second contact section for connection to the second cell terminal and an elastically and/or plastically deformable compensation region, which connects the first contact section and the second contact section to one another and allows a movement of these contact sections relative to one another.

Cell connector

A power supply device for a hybrid or electric motor vehicle, in particular a passenger vehicle or a motorcycle, includes a plurality of electrochemical storage cells and/or double-layer capacitors. The electrochemical storage cells and/or double-layer capacitors have a casing surface and, in an axial direction, a base surface and a cover surface which are connected by the casing surface, and each include electrodes. Adjacent to the casing surface of at least one of the storage cells and/or double-layer capacitors, a heat-conducting cooling apparatus is disposed which, although electrically insulated from the at least one storage cell and/or double-layer capacitor, is in thermal contact with a first circumferential section of the casing surface and dissipates the heat energy introduced by the casing surfaces of the at least one storage cell and/or the double-layer capacitor.

Heat-dissipating device for supplying power to a hybrid or electric motor vehicle

In order to enable the temperature in the region of at least one of the cell terminals that are connected to one another in an electrically conductive manner by a cell connector to be determined in a simple and reliable manner, there is proposed a cell connector for connecting a first cell terminal of a first electro-chemical cell and a second cell terminal of a second electro-chemical cell of an electro-chemical device in an electrically conductive manner which comprises a base body and a temperature sensing element that is fixed to the base body.

A power supply device for a motor vehicle, in particular a passenger vehicle, truck or motorcycle, comprises one or more storage cell modules, each of which includes one or more electrochemical storage cells and/or double layer capacitors that are arranged next to and/or on top of one another. The device includes a cooler block having a holder for the storage cell modules and a heat dissipating structure for dissipating heat emitted by the storage cell modules. The heat dissipating structure is provided on at least one side of the holder. The cooler block includes a clamping device operatively configured to generate a predefined force by which the heat dissipating structure can be pressed against a respective storage cell module.

Power supply device for a motor vehicle

A device for supplying power to a motor vehicle, in particular a passenger vehicle, truck or motorcycle, includes one or more storage cell modules, each of which includes one or more electrochemical storage cells and/or double layer capacitors that are arranged next to and/or on top of one another. The device has a cooler block that includes a holder for the storage cell modules and a structure for dissipating the heat emitted by the storage cell modules. The cooler block has a force absorbing device with at least one&#x2014;in particular, plate-shaped&#x2014;force absorbing element, by which in the case of a crash a force acting on the device is absorbed and is deflected around the storage cell modules.

A voltage supply apparatus for a motor vehicle, especially a passenger car, truck or a motorcycle, includes a storage cell arrangement having one or more electrochemical storage cells and/or double layer capacitors that are mounted on top of each other. The storage cell arrangement is releasably connected in a form-fitting way to a heat-conducting cooling device that removes heat from the storage cells and/or double layer capacitors such that at least some of the storage cells and/or double layer capacitors of a respective storage cell group can each be thermally connected with the heat-conducting cooling device.

Apparatus for supplying voltage to a motor vehicle having optimized heat dissipation

In order to produce a connecting device for the electrically conductive connection of a plurality of cell terminals of electro-chemical cells of an electro-chemical device which enables the cell connector to be mounted on the electro-chemical cells in a simple and rapid manner wherein the device comprises two or more cell connectors for respectively connecting two cell terminals of different electro-chemical cells to one another in electrically conductive manner, it is proposed that, in an assembly state of the connecting device, at least two cell connectors be integrally connected together after separating out the cell connectors from a starting material.
