An adjustment device for vehicle steering columns has a steering shaft to which a steering element can be attached, and a drive unit for adjusting a length of the steering shaft. The steering shaft has at least two tubes, which engage into each other in a telescoping manner, can be moved relative to each other, and can in each case be driven by a drive unit. The two drive units are arranged next to each other in the region below the adjustment device. If the two tubes are inserted into each other, the adjustment device only has a short length, which is measured in the displacement direction of the tubes. Conversely, if the tubes are extended in a telescoping manner, a very large length adjustment range can be achieved despite the short length in the starting position.

Adjustment device for steering columns of vehicles

A screw connection is formed between steering components, namely a push rod and a fork, in particular of a rear axle steering system. By means of a screw screwed coaxially into one of the two steering components and inserted through an opening in the other steering component, an annular disc-shaped end face of the one steering component is pressed against a likewise annular disc-shaped face of the other steering component. Furthermore, cylindrical mating faces contacting one another are formed by the steering components. In at least one of the two steering components, a transition region is formed between the annular disc-shaped face and the cylindrical mating face, which has at least two different radii of curvature.

Screw connection between steering components

A transmission device for a motor vehicle includes a planetary gearset and a spur gear differential. The planetary gearset includes a drive sun gear, a ring gear fixed to the housing, and multiple stepped planetary gears. Each stepped planetary gear has a first gear meshing with the drive sun gear and a second gear meshing with the ring gear. The spur gear differential includes multiple first and second compensation gears. Each first compensation gear meshes with a first output sun gear, each second compensation gear meshes with a second output sun gear, and the first and second compensation gears mesh with each other in pairs. One compensation gear of each compensation gear pair is arranged in phase with a respective stepped planetary gear. The other compensation gear of each compensation gear pair overlaps axially and contactlessly with the second gear.

Transmission device for a motor vehicle

A transmission device is provided having a transmission housing, a gear set received in the transmission device having a first gear wheel, which is rotatable about a first gear wheel axis, and a second gear wheel, which engages the first gear wheel and is rotatable abut a second gear wheel axis. In a lateral region of the first gear wheel, there is an oil guidance structure, which is designed as a component produced separately from the transmission housing, and comprises an orifice segment extending radially to the first gear wheel axis, and extends at least in part about the first transmission axis and forms a first lateral surface facing the gear wheel, leaving an intermediate space.

A drive device for a motor vehicle includes a drive machine and a transmission device having a triple planetary great set and having a first and second clutch, wherein the triple planetary gear set has a plurality of triple planet gears, wherein each triple planet gear includes a first gear, a second gear, and a third gear. The three gears of each triple planet gear are connected to each other for conjoint rotation and are jointly rotatably accommodated on a planet carrier, and the drive machine is connected to the triple planetary gear set by the first clutch and a first sun gear or by the second clutch and a second sun gear.

A transfer gearbox may include an input shaft, two output shafts, two output gears, two sets of compensating gears, and a differential cage. The output gears may be arranged axially next to one another on a joint axis of rotation and are rotatable relative to one another. The first output gear may sit in a rotationally fixed manner on the first output shaft and the second output gear may sit in a rotationally fixed manner on the second output shaft and the output shafts lie opposite one another at a front side. At least one output shaft may be guided through a shaft feed-through rotatably about the axis of rotation relative to the shaft feed-through. At least the first output gear may be provided with a seal, wherein the seal bears in a sealing manner against a rotationally symmetrical surface portion of the shaft feed-through.

Transmission devices are disclosed having a first planetary drive, a second planetary drive, a hollow shaft, and a shaft which is seated concentrically in the hollow shaft and can be rotated relative to the hollow shaft. In one example, the first planetary drive includes a first sun gear and first planet gears in mesh with the first sun gear, and the second planetary drive has second planet gears in mesh with a second sun gear. The first planet gears and second planet gears may be spaced apart radially from a rotational axis common to the hollow shaft and the shaft, and a shaft section of the shaft may protrude axially from one end of the hollow shaft. In this arrangement, the first sun gear is seated on the shaft section. The second sun gear may be seated on the hollow shaft coaxially with the first sun gear. The first sun gear may carry a seal that rests sealingly on a rotationally symmetrical section of the hollow shaft, which is configured to be rotated relative to the first sun gear about the rotational axis.

Transmission device and electric drive unit comprising at least one electric machine and the transmission device

A drive device which can use a hybrid drive as well as a torque distribution using the same electric motor and which can also have a simple structure. A particularly compact design is achieved for the axle drive system of the aforementioned type in that the shift actuator system () having an electric motor () provided for actuation purposes is in its entirety disposed in a space bounded by the first gear stage () on one side and the second gear stage () on the other side in the axial direction of the drive system.
