A vehicle includes a high-voltage battery which has a housing and at least one battery module arranged in the housing that has multiple battery cells which are electrically connected together via a cell contacting system. Each of the battery cells has a battery cell housing with an emergency degassing opening which opens at a specified cell inner pressure and through which hot or burning gas can be leaked out of the interior of the battery cell housing into the housing of the high-voltage battery in the event of a disruption or damage to individual battery cells. The emergency degassing openings face the cell contacting system and/or a wall of the housing of the high-voltage battery. The cell contacting system and/or the wall of the housing of the high-voltage battery is/are provided with a heat protection layer, at least in the regions in which the emergency degassing openings are arranged.

Vehicle with a high-voltage battery

A vehicle includes a high-voltage battery that has a housing and at least one battery cell arranged in the housing. The battery cell has a battery cell housing with an emergency degassing opening which opens at a specified cell inner pressure and through which hot or burning gas can pass out of the interior of the battery cell housing into the housing of the high-voltage battery in the event of a disruption or damage to the battery cell. The emergency degassing opening faces a housing wall against which hot or burning gas flows in the event of the disruption or damage to the battery cell. The housing wall of the high-voltage battery is designed to be more thermally resistant locally in the region in which the emergency degassing opening is arranged and in which the hot or burning gas flows out of the battery cell housing in the event of a disruption or damage to the battery cell than in the wall regions at a distance from the emergency degassing opening.

A method for producing a component includes incorporating a molding compound into a tool for producing the component, where the molding compound includes an artificial resin as a matrix and a filler material embedded in the matrix. The method includes compressing the molding compound by the tool and by the compressing forming the molding compound to a green product. The method further includes providing the green product while disposed in the tool with a layer in a sub-region by incorporating a liquid material for producing the layer into the tool and applying the liquid material to the sub-region. The liquid material is a metallic material and the layer is an electromagnetic shielding on the green product.

A hollow-chamber profile for fastening a battery module in a vehicle includes a first side wall and a second side wall which lies opposite the first side wall, where the first side wall and the second side wall are connected to one another via a bottom wall. Additionally, the hollow-chamber profile has a top wall which lies opposite the bottom wall, where the top wall is designed to interact with at least one fastening device for fastening the battery module. The hollow-chamber profile has at least one intermediate wall which extends between the side walls from the top wall in the direction of the bottom wall, where a wall thickness of the at least one intermediate wall is dimensioned in such a way that the fastening device can be introduced at least partially into the wall thickness of the at least one intermediate wall.

A connection arrangement of a first component on a second component, in particular for a vehicle, is provided, wherein the components are connected together by at least one screw element and at least one screw which is screwed into the screw element and passes through a first passage opening of the first component. The screw element is designed as an expansion sleeve which is partly received in a second opening of the second component and protrudes into the first component and which is expanded along the axial direction of the sleeve by screwing the screw into the expansion sleeve.

A lever loads the contact spring in the open position of the lever such that a dimension of the contact spring transverse to the longitudinal direction of the plug-receiving region is reduced and relaxes the contact spring in the closed position of the lever. A plug is provided for such a socket.
