A dispenser actuator assembly () for actuating a dispenser () is disclosed. The dispenser () is in the form of a glass ampoule assembly () having a rupturable glass ampoule () containing a flowable material (M). The glass ampoule () is contained within an outer container () wherein the outer container () has a first open end () and a second closed end (). The glass ampoule assembly () has an applicator () positioned in the first open end (). The dispenser actuator assembly () has a base member () configured to mount on the outer container (). The dispenser actuator assembly () also has an actuator assembly () operably connected to the base member () wherein the actuator assembly () has a first actuator arm () and a second actuator arm () each pivotally connected to the base member (). The first actuator arm () and the second actuator arm () extend from the base member () in generally opposed relation defining a first position, or neutral position. The first actuator arm () has a first protrusion () depending therefrom and the second actuator arm () has a second protrusion () depending therefrom. The first actuator arm () and the second actuator arm () are pivotable from the first position towards one another to a second position, or actuating position, that is configured such that the first protrusion () engages the outer container () and the second protrusion () engages the outer container () to crush the glass ampoule () wherein the flowable material (M) is configured to be dispensed from the glass ampoule assembly ().

Dispenser actuator assembly

Plastic grid or framework arrangements are used to support and position of bowls that hold flower arrangements, candles, letters, and other decorative elements. These grids are deployable in water fountains, indoor and outdoor pools, and other small bodies of water during festive occasions or for longer term decorative display. The grid themselves do not float, and are positioned below the surface of the water, and thus are not readily visible. Buoyancy is provided at the hubs that form nodes in the grids. The hubs also support floating bowls containing various decorative elements. The resulting effect is that the various decorative elements appear to be floating on the surface while the sub-surface grid structure maintains their relative positioning, keeping the bowls from clumping together at the edges or in the corners of the pool or fountain.

Floating grid arrangement to support and position decorative elements

A nasal ventilation mask supplies breathing gas to an airway of a patient. The mask has a housing defining an internal cavity and having a peripheral end defining an end opening. The end opening is in fluid communication with the internal cavity. The end opening is configured to be positioned over an airway on a face of the patient. A sealing member is connected to the housing proximate the end opening. The sealing member extends towards the internal cavity and is configured to abut the face of the patient and deflect towards the internal cavity. The housing further defines a connector assembly having an opening in fluid communication with the internal cavity. The connector assembly is configured to be operably connected to a supply of breathing gas.

Nasal ventilation mask

A dispenser () for dispensing flowable materials has a container () having an outer wall () and a membrane () collectively defining a first chamber () configured to contain a flowable material. The membrane () extends from the outer wall () at an angle. The membrane () has a thickness and a weld seam (), and the weld seam () has a thickness less than the thickness of the membrane ().

Dispenser and process

A plastic grid or framework arrangement is used to support and position a series of bowls that hold flower arrangements, candles, letters, and other decorative elements. A special feature of this invention is that the grid itself does not float and is positioned below the surface of the water, and thus is not readily visible. The framework can take the form of a grid or ring or other shapes and can be assembled quickly from a kit of components and can be easily dis-assembled and stored for future use.

Apparatuses and methods for indicating when a container has reached a predefined temperature are disclosed. An activatable temperature indicator can include a first indicator portion with a first material with a melting point, and a second indicator portion with a second material configured to change color when combined with the first material of the first indicator portion when the first material reaches the melting point. A separation member can be removeably positioned between the first indicator portion and the second indicator portion, and a biasing mechanism can be configured to bias the first indicator portion and the second indicator portion into contact when the separation member is removed. An attachment mechanism can also be used to place the first indicator portion and the second indicator portion into contact.

Activatable temperature indicator

A bed form () is made from easy to recycle sections () and can be quickly assembled without tools by means of fasteners () that can be secured by hand. An egg carton-like base () is formed from a first set of long sections () having slots on the top edge () thereof that engage with slots () in the bottom edge () of a second set of shorter sections (). The long and short sections () are preferably molded from structural foam and the top edge () of the long sections () include a plurality of threaded male projections () molded into them. Fasteners () are used to attach upper deck sections () to the threaded projections () on the base (). Each fastener () includes a top flange (), a hollow cylindrical body () having an hand engageable fin () therein and a lower end having a female threaded section () that engages the exterior treads of the threaded projections () on the base (). An individual places one of several fasteners () in one of the apertures () in one of several deck sections (), grabs the interior fin (), engages the threaded projection () with the female interior threads (), and manually rotates the fastener () until the flange () pulls the deck section () firmly down onto the base ().

Easy to assemble, tool less, easy to recycle, mattress support

An animal waste collection system () designed for sanitary use consists of a hollow shaft (), handle (), light (), a pair of resilient, curved arms () and a plurality if self sealing bags (). The operator of the device () initially loads a plastic bag () onto arms () before walking the dog. When the animal shows signs of excreting, the bag () is placed under the rear of the animal to intercept the feces. Once the animal is finished excreting, the operator partially retracts the arms (), closing the bag (), and walks to a disposal receptacle where the arms () are then fully retracted and the sealed bag () is released.
