Bait stations, devices, apparatus, systems and methods for providing cockroach gel baits rolled in a wax coated edible paper. Bait Roll-ups include gel baits encapsulated in a coated edible rice paper are intended for killing insects. The Bait Roll-up can be handled by bait applicators without physically touching the gel bait. The Bait Roll-up can also be applied directly to cockroach harborages without exposing surfaces to insecticide. Applicators can handle the Bait Roll-ups without physically touching the gel bait, thus reducing any potential for contamination.

Durable and edible bait roll ups, systems and methods

Termite trailing and recruitment compositions, systems, devices, and methods for using a trail of a percentage 2 phenoxyethanol (2-PE) dissolved in water to form a trail to lead the subterranean termites to termite bait or monitoring stations located about a perimeter of a wood containing structure. The termite bait or monitoring stations can be located up to approximately 20 feet apart from one another, and the trail of a percentage 2 phenoxyethanol (2-PE) dissolved in water. The percentage 2 phenoxyethanol (2-PE) dissolved in water range from approximately 0.1% to approximately 2% depending on the different soil types and localized conditions. The types of soil can commonly include sand, sandy & silty soil, loam and clay soil.

Systems, devices, and methods for using insect traps with combinations of dual multi-colored lights combining blue/green LED (light emitting diodes) with UV (ultraviolet) LEDs (light emitting diodes) for attracting insects to the lights and capturing the insects. The blue/green LED can emit at a wavelength of approximately 450 nm to approximately 550 nm in an approximately 180 degrees spread therefrom, and each side UV LED can emit at a wavelength of approximately 365 nm in an approximately 180 degrees spread therefrom. The combinations of multi-color lights can be mounted on one side of a module/fixture, and/or be mounted on opposite side faces of a module fixture. The combinations can use one centrally located blue/green LED with at least one right UV LED to a right side of the centrally located blue/green LED, and at least one left UV LED to a left side of the centrally located blue/green LED. Embodiments can include use on a sticky paper/card, in a housing with fan, and collection tray, and in an electrical gride of wires having a collection tray and sand mesh bag with an approximately 340 micron mesh screen. Embodiments include a plurality of UV (ultraviolet) LEDs (light emitting diodes) greater than the plurality of blue-green LEDs (light emitting diodes).

Pitfall traps, coasters, devices, apparatus, systems and methods for capturing crawling insects, such as bed bugs, and/or for preventing the insects from climbing up furniture legs to furniture such as beds, cots, chairs and any type of furniture where a person would rest or sleep. Smooth slick surfaces and/or pesticide treated surfaces can be located on underside facing horizontal or angled surfaces used with or without sticky surfaces which all can be used to prevent insect and bed bug travel and assist in helping trap the insects and bed bugs.

Furniture protector against bed bugs and other crawling insects

Compositions, formulas, methods of making, mixing and applying insecticide formulations to different surfaces such as but not limited to interior surfaces of ovitraps, on walls and on chips and tiles to produce a texturized surface to allow for better transfer of the insecticidal active ingredients to insects, such as mosquitoes and the like, which land on or crawl on the surfaces, resulting in faster insect mortality rates. The texture of the insecticidal residue provides better transfer of the insecticidal active ingredients to insects that land on or crawl on the surface, resulting in faster insect mortality. The textured residue also enhances desirable surface characteristics for landing of mosquitoes and potentially other insects.

Dual action lethal containers, systems, methods, compositions and formulas used to kill mosquitoes and their larvae. The containers can have separate interior larvicidal and adulticidal coatings separated from each other by horizontal water line holes in the container. Another container can use a novel combined coating of a larvicidal and adulticidal coating. Unique compositions of adulticidal coatings, larvicidal coatings and combined adulticidal and larvicidal coatings can be used as liners.

Water-holding vessels and containers, such as flower pots, water holding dishes used under plant pots, vases, bird baths, and fountains and storm water inlets, can be coated with novel larvicide and/or adulticide coatings. Small objects can be coated with imbedded larvicide or larvicide and adulticide combination, which can be dropped in water-holding containers which can leach out pesticide over time which prevents mosquitoes from breeding in the water-holding containers. The small objects can be on the adhesive side of peel and stick type tape to form a peel and stick mosquitocidal chip (PSMC), which can be applied to the inner sides and/or bottoms of vessels/containers that can be exposed to water. A tape type roll can include an upper protective layer that protects a coating on a strip, the coating being a polymer coating having imbedded pesticide with or without silica. Under the strip can be an adhesive surface that is protected by a removable lower protective layer. Removing the lower protective layer can allow for the strip to be applied to water exposed surfaces for the treatment of mosquitoes.

Durable coating-embedded pesticides with peel and stick mosquito treatment of containers

Traps, devices, systems, compositions, and methods for trapping bed bugs, and similar insects with sticky traps having a smooth perimeter surface around the sticky surface, where the smooth perimeter surface can be abraded to a selected texture having both smoothness and roughness qualities. The surfaces are textured so that bed bugs are not able to use the surfaces to pull themselves from the sticky surface, and the textured surface is not so smooth as to cause the bed bugs to avoid the textured surface.

Generally pyramid shaped containers can have combined interior larvacidal and adultacidal coatings above and below a side opening in the container. Devices that provide timed-release of target compounds absorbed by, or otherwise integrated into, an external housing. The external housing absorbs and facilitates volatilization of the released compound. A permeable cover can be employed as a regulating mechanism to control the rate volatilization from the external housing. One or more reservoirs containing target compound can be contained within one or more internal chambers of the external housing. The one or more reservoirs can release the target compound for absorption by the external housing and/or to make contact with one or more other reservoirs so as to compromise the other reservoirs and release target compound within. A wick can be employed in certain embodiments to transfer target compound from the internal chamber to the external housing to be volatilized. Continued or sequential release of target compound to recharged the external housing achieves a zero order release rate from the external housing.
