A video-platform server may obtain and provide context-specific metadata to remote presentation devices via an application programming interface. Context-specific metadata may include tags describing one or more assets (social-media-enhanced annotations or other such enhancements arising from viewer selections, e.g.) that are depicted in or otherwise associated with a given sequential position (a segment in a video playback, e.g.).

Apparatus for shaping a conduit to form a radially outwardly projecting flange at an end thereof includes a holding fixture, a collar surrounding the conduit disposed in an opening in the holding fixture, rotation imparting structure engaging the collar for simultaneously rotating the collar and the conduit and a flange forming tool connected to the holding fixture engaging a conduit end to apply bending forces to the conduit to form the flange when the conduit is rotated. The apparatus also includes a conduit cutter for cutting the conduit to form the end prior to flange formation.

A liquid spill collector assembly is connected to a riser leading to an underground liquid storage tank and includes a collector container connected to the riser and a second or auxilliary collector container expanding storage capacity of the assembly which is connected to the top of the first collector container. The assembly also includes a platform for supporting an individual to facilitate access to the collector containers.

A swivel adaptor for connection to an inlet pipe leading to a storage tank includes two swivel adaptor members, one of which is rotatably mounted on the other. A plurality of electrically conductive ball bearings are positioned in the channel formed by the swivel adaptor members. The ball bearings facilitate rotation, prevent separation of the swivel adaptor members and provide an electrical interconnection between the swivel adaptor members.

A Trailer hitch for towing a four wheeled vehicle. The hitch has a fixed in place portion attached to the towing vehicle and a translatable portion attached to the vehicle being towed. The translatable portion is spring biased to a center position. A damper is attached between the fixed portion and the translatable portion to prevent abrupt movement of the translatable portion. The hitch provides controlled lateral movement between the towing vehicle and the towed vehicle to diminish wear on the front end parts and tires of the towed vehicle.

A container lid apparatus having a plurality of support brackets which are pivotally mounted in a base. A rod is pivotally mounted to ends of the support brackets, and a plurality of rollers are rotatably mounted on the rod. A container lid is provided which includes a plurality of runners which engage the plurality of rollers. The support brackets pivot from a closed position to an open position wherein the container lid is slightly raised from the container opening. While in the open position, the container lid is rolled on the rollers away from the container opening to provide access to the container.

Slidable sealing lid apparatus for subsurface storage containers

A sump shield assembly particularly adapted for creating a watertight seal with a container sump which are used with underground fluid storage tanks is disclosed. The assembly prevents water from entering a containment sump. This assembly includes a sump adapter, a sump shield and spill collector boots which couple to spill collectors that are commonly used to collect fluid spilled during the filling or evacuation of underground fluid storage tanks. The sump adapter is mounted to a containment sump, and includes a groove to receive a sealing member. The sump shield is shaped and configured to mate with the sump adapter and the gasket, and is secured to the sump adapter with releasable latches. The latches are used to make the shield easily removable, and also provide the clamping force needed to compress the gasket sufficiently to create a watertight seal. The spill collector boots join the spill collectors and the sump shield, and have watertight seals at both ends. Alternatively, a watertight sump lid is placed over the sump shield adapter and is secured to the sump adapter with releasable latches, thereby providing a watertight containment assembly. The watertight sump lid is used when no upward protrusions are required.

A trailer hitch assembly having a connecting arm disposed within a sleeve and pivotally coupled within the sleeve by a bolt. A tongue at the distal end of the arm rests on one or more air cushions which provide damping or shock absorption to the coupled arm and sleeve during travel. The air cushions are mounted between the tongue and a cross brace of a trailer frame assembly. A hitch coupling is included at a distal end of the arm for engaging a hitch on a towing vehicle. Inflation or deflation of the air cushions allows adjustment of the amount of shock absorption according to the trailer load or road surface conditions.

A sump cover containment assembly is provided for use with containment sumps utilized with underground fluid holding tanks having a sump cover with an access hole therein, a frame which communicates with the containment sump to which the sump cover is attached and a sump shield positioned between the containment sump and the frame and having a hole which communicates with the interior of the containment sump as well as with the sump cover access hole.

A receptacle for accumulating spilled liquids about the inlet pipe of a storage tank is slidably fitted within a stationary housing. The receptacle includes an outlet spout connected to the inlet pipe. A center pipe fits within the spout for connection to a supply line. Liquid flows from the supply line through the center pipe into the tank inlet pipe. Spillage is collected in the receptacle and, if desired, permitted to flow into the tank via valved passages in the receptacle bottom.

Spill collector assembly for liquid storage vessels

An adapter for connecting in fluid communication a liquid dispensing syringe with the interior of a bottle containing a liquid, such as a liquid medication, includes a tubular body member composed of resilient material and being generally cylindrical in shape to fit snugly within the mouth of the bottle. Projections or beads are provided on the body member for engaging the inside surface of the bottle thereof in a continuous line of engagement therewith with a high pressure per unit area of engagement. An opening extends axially through the body member for receiving the nozzle of the syringe, and the opening includes a forward nozzle receiving portion and a rear portion. The axial length of the forward portion is substantially the same as the axial length of the nozzle so that the exit end of the nozzle terminates at the rear enlarged portion when the nozzle is inserted fully within the opening. A fluid pathway disposed at the rear portion of the opening for the adapter guides liquid to the forward nozzle receiving portion and prevents or minimizes the introduction of air into the attachment opening. In one form of the invention, the fluid pathway is in the form of an enlarged portion of the opening to prevent air from entering the syringe when the bottle is inverted to fill the syringe. In another form of the invention, the fluid pathway includes a one-way valve to minimize introduction of air while enabling liquid to be drawn into the adapter opening without the necessity of inverting the bottle.

Syringe-type liquid container dispenser adapter

An adapter for the mouth of a container, such as a bottle of liquid medication, includes a body member adapted to fit sealingly into the mouth of the container, body member having a central aperture for receiving the nozzle of a syringe-type medication dispenser. In one embodiment of the invention, the body member includes a vent hole and a downwardly depending tube adapted to extend into the container to enable liquids to be drawn from deep containers without inverting them. A valve device retains the liquid in the tube near the body member. The valve is in the form of a flexible web extending transversely across the central aperture, the web having a slit or opening therein for receiving the nozzle of the dispenser to enable it to extend axially therethrough to gain access to the liquid medication disposed within the container.
