A multi-port valve is provided. The multi-port valve includes a housing which defines an internal cavity. The housing further includes a plurality of ports. Each of the plurality of ports is in communication with the internal cavity. A shell body is rotatably disposed within the internal cavity. A seal member is also provided which has a plurality of openings and surrounds the shell body such that it circumscribes the shell body within the internal cavity.

Multi-port valve

A connector bridge for a packaged circuit element is provided. The connector bridge includes a connector bridge body defining a mounting axis. It includes a first plurality of terminal receivers at a first location and a second plurality of terminal receivers at a second location. The pluralities of terminal receivers are arranged closer to a side of the connector bridge body than to the mounting axis to receive and electrically connect with terminals of the packaged circuit element in the first wiring orientation. The connector bridge includes a wiring connector at a third location. The wiring connector extends radially outwards of an outermost perimeter defined by radially outermost sides of the packaged circuit element. The first, second and third locations are at different locations. The wiring connector is electrically connected with the at least first and the second terminal receivers and defines a second wiring orientation.

Connector bridge

A system and method of flow rate compensation is provided to allow precise volume dispensing over widely varied and varying input process media pressure and flow conditions. This system utilizes empirical data of actual flow rate versus flow rate measured by a flow meter to characterize flow meter non-linearities. This data is used to generate a compensation control curve. The system controller receives flow data from a flow meter in the field and calculates pulse duration of the output of the flow meter. The compensation control curve is then used to determine the volume of process media flowing at any given time. This instantaneous volume information is added to an accumulator to determine the volume of process media dispensed. This volume is compared to a target volume. Once this target volume is reached, the flow of process media is stopped.

System and method of providing water flow rate compensation

A method and apparatus are provided for simultaneously changing multiple liquid level settings in a liquid-level switch including a diaphragm actuated pressure switch apparatus having a first and a second switch, through use of an actuator apparatus including a single control knob shaft rotatably connected to the pressure switch apparatus and having a first and a second cam fixedly attached to the shaft for rotation therewith, the first cam being operatively connected to provide a biasing force against actuation of the first switch, and the second cam being operatively connected to provide a biasing force against actuation of the second switch.

Method and apparatus for precluding backflow in a mixing valve subjected to unbalanced inlet pressure

A transition fitting for directing fluid from a first line into a second line includes a body, an inlet, an outlet, and a channel. The body defines a constant-volume channel that redirects a direction of the fluid entering the inlet. The inlet is connected to the body and connectable to the first line, and the inlet directs the fluid from the first line into the channel. The outlet is connected to the body and connectable to the second line, and the outlet directs the fluid from the channel into the second line. The bracket is connected to the body and at least partially surrounds the body.

Transition fitting

An adapter for use with a mixing valve, an automatic temperature regulating mixing valve, and a method of providing automatic temperature regulation for a fluid mixing valve are provided. The adapter includes an inlet adapted to attach to an outlet of a mixing valve, and at least one temperature sensing switch positioned to sense the temperature of fluid flowing through the adapter. The thermal sensing switch activates at a predetermined temperature to close its internal contacts. This contacts are wired between the line inputs of the electrically controlled valves governing the flow of fluid into each of the hot and cold fluid inlets of the mixing valve. Both or either a high and low temperature switch may be used. The adapter may also include a flow control element.
