A visor includes an elbow bracket assembly for attaching the visor to a vehicle. The elbow bracket assembly has a bezel with a flange extending from an edge thereof in spaced relationship to the vehicle roof for receiving an object to be held between the flange and the vehicle roof. In another embodiment of the invention, a visor body includes an elbow bracket assembly at one end and an auxiliary visor clip mounted to an edge of the visor at an end remote from said assembly. The auxiliary visor clip includes a bezel having a flange extending therefrom in spaced relationship to the visor body for receiving planar objects under said flange and held between the flange and visor body. In yet another embodiment of the invention, a visor includes both a storage clip under the elbow bracket assembly bezel and an auxiliary visor clip bezel. In yet another embodiment of the invention the bezel associated with one or more of the visor mounting brackets may include a longitudinally extending semicircular resilient socket for receiving cylindrical objects such as pencils therein. In a further embodiment of the invention, the visor may also integrally or separately include a generally U-shaped storage clip extending over an edge of the visor with an outwardly extending flange for receiving objects thereunder.

An armrest includes an armrest body and mounting mechanism to allow the armrest body to be pulled upwardly from a lower forward edge from a stored vertical position into a generally horizontal use position and subsequently be swiveled on a generally vertical axis in a generally horizontal plane from side to side to fully support and align with the longitudinal axis of the forearm of the In one embodiment of the invention, the upper surface of the armrest body was concave to cradle the user's arm. In yet another embodiment of the present invention, the armrest body was adjustable in a generally vertical plane for tilting the armrest to the most comfortable position.

A visor mounting system for mounting any one of a variety of different visor bodies of different shapes including a housing with a pivot rod assembly and a torque device which extends within the housing which further includes a blade-like frame which extends into the pocket of a visor body for coupling the mounting system to the visor body. Preferably, the frame is a mirror frame with a mirror and the housing including a cover for the mirror. In a preferred embodiment, the mounting assembly also includes a source of illumination for the mirror.

Universal visor mounting system

An adjustable headrest includes a rotatable member positioned between a stationary member and a movable member to which a padded head support is attached. The member has opposed staggered arcuate surfaces extending on opposite sides of a pivot point with one of the surfaces including teeth which selectively engage teeth on the movable member, while the remaining arcuate surface of the member engages a stationary portion of the headrest. A spring holds the teeth in removable engagement with each other and an articulated release arm selectively disengage the teeth to retract the head support.
