A convenient, water-saving and labor-saving FROG irrigation controller and system are provided, which determine the appropriate water budget and schedule for the property's landscaping based on evapotranspiration data for the geographic area, any regulation data, and property-specific data, with consideration given to reduction in watering days, increase in soil watering depth, and day of year. Once set, the FROG controller provides incremental adjustments over the course of the year; the homeowner no longer needs to re-set the watering program seasonally to automatically comply with local mandated and voluntary watering restrictions. One aspect provides a web-based wizard that is used to determine a customized water budget/schedule which is input into the FROG controller. Another aspect provides an integration of a network of FROG controllers with a central command unit.

A trim, compact combination case dedicated to storing a cell phone (or other small electronic device) and an accessible pair of eyeglasses is disclosed. The combination cell phone and eyeglass case includes a phone housing compartment and an adjacent eyeglass/storage compartment, which are configured to hold a cell phone and eyeglasses side by side. An aspect includes a transparent access window by which a user can view and contact the front touchscreen of an enclosed phone. The compact design allows the combination case to be easily carried in a bag, purse, briefcase or pocket. The combination case advantageously positions the eyeglasses oriented and located for quick retrieval when needed to view the phone screen or buttons.

A certified email system for providing a time stamp for a presented file, particularly when the presented file is an email. Preferably a demanding party receives the email; generates a unique HASH; digitally signs the unique HASH; and sends the signed HASH and a time-stamp request call to a web services time-stamp conduit (WSTC). The WSTC receives the request and signed HASH from the demanding party and obtains a time stamp. The WSTC sends the time stamp back to the demanding party, which sends a time-stamp notification to the original sender of the email and, optionally, the recipient(s) of the email. Multiple branded or customized demanding servers can efficiently run using one web services time-stamp conduit. An integrated detailed billing system capable of pass-through client billing, keyword search functionality, a multi-party content management system, and convenient web-based automated verification (file or HASH) services are provided.

A tubular stretch-knit sleeve, open at two ends, for covering any part of a crescent- or horseshoe-shaped cushion which touches the skin or hair. An inflatable embodiment of the above head and neck support cushion made from a pre-formed vinyl upper half and a flat vinyl lower half, equipped with a valve and sealed. The use of tiny weights in the tips of an inflatable, horseshoe- or crescent-shaped cushion to balance the cushion on the shoulders without resort to wide lateral support wings or a snug fit.
