An audio firewall system has a microphone that generates audio data. A speech-to-text engine converts the audio data to text data. The text data is parsed for a service wake word and corresponding content data. The service wake word identifies one of a local security system and a remote assistant server. A text-to-speech engine converts the service wake word and the corresponding content data to converted audio data. The converted audio data is provided to the remote assistant server. The content data is provided to the local security system. The audio firewall system receives a response from the remote assistant server or the local security system and outputs an audio signal corresponding to the response.

Audio firewall

An audio beam forming and signal processing system includes at least one image capture device, an array of audio sensors, and a controller. The at least one image capture device is configured to capture images of a monitored zone. The array of audio sensors is configured to detect audio signals from one or more audio sources within the monitored zone. The controller is configured to: analyze at least one image captured by the image capture device to identify an audio source within the monitored zone; determine two or fewer audio source location parameters indicative of the location of the audio source in the monitored zone; and cause the array of audio sensors to form an audio beam directed at the audio source based on the two or fewer audio source location parameters.

Systems and methods for audio detection using audio beams

A camera system comprising a camera, a wireless power transmitter, a wireless power receiver, and an infrared illuminator. The camera and wireless power transmitter are powered by a power source. The wireless power transmitter wirelessly transmits power to the wireless power transmitter to power the infrared illuminator. The infrared illuminator generates infrared light.
