A blade drive device includes: a board including an optical path opening; a blade including a plurality of openings; a first drive source that swings the blade to move toward and away from the optical path opening; and a second drive source that changes a position of a swinging fulcrum of the blade relative to the board. The first drive source includes a first rotor and a first transmitting portion transmitting a rotation of the first rotor to the blade. The second drive source includes a second rotor and a second transmitting portion transmitting a rotation of the second rotor to the blade. The blade includes a cam slot engaging the first transmitting portion and a fitting hole into which the second transmitting portion slidably fits.

A blade driving device includes: a board including an optical path opening; first and second blades moving toward and away from the optical path opening; first and second transmitting portions driving the first and second blades; and first and second drive sources respectively driving the first and second transmitting portions, wherein the first and second transmitting portions respectively include first and second drive pins, and the first blade includes an engagement slot engaging one of the first and second drive pins and is attached to the first and the second transmitting portions to be rotatable about the other of the first and second drive pins.

The transmitting member includes a drive pin swinging about a given support point. The first cam slot includes a first permitting area and a first restricting area. The blade is permitted to swing when the drive pin is located in the first permitting area. A light quantity control device includes: a bottom board having an opening; a first blade and second blade linearly moving in opposing directions and changing in an opening area of the opening; a supporting blade overlapping the first blade and closing the opening in cooperation with the first blade and second blade; and a driving lever connected to the first blade, the second blade, and supporting blade, and driving the first blade, second blade, and the supporting blade by rotation of the driving lever. The first blade and supporting blade are engaged with an identical pin provided in the driving lever. The first blade and supporting blade are misaligned in such a way to reduce an overlapping degree of the first blade and supporting blade. The first blade and supporting blade bring the opening to the fully closed state in cooperation with the second blade.

A sector blade driving apparatus includes: a board having an opening; a blade supported for linear movement, adjusting an opening amount of the opening, and having first and second engagement holes; a drive member rotating to drive the blade; and an arm transmitting an drive force of the drive member to the blade, and provided in the drive member. The arm is provided with first and second drive pins respectively engaging the first and second engagement holes.

Sector blade driving apparatus

A light quantity control device includes: a bottom board having an opening; a first blade, a supporting blade, and a second blade linearly moved in opposing directions and controlling the opening to a fully open state, a fully closed state, and a small aperture state; a driving lever connected to the set of blades and driving the set of blades by rotation of the driving lever; and a stopper restricting a rotational range of the driving lever. The set of blades controls the opening to the small aperture state when the driving lever is positioned at one end of the rotational range defined by the stopper.

A light quantity control device includes: a bottom board having an opening; a first blade, a supporting blade and a second blade linearly moving in opposing directions and controlling light quantity passing through the opening; and a driving lever connected to the set of blades and driving the set of blades by rotation of the driving lever. The driving lever rotates within degrees centering on a phantom line A passing through a rotational center of the driving lever and being parallel with the moving directions of the blades.

A shutter for an optical apparatus has multiple sectors and an operation member. Each of the multiple sectors has a cam opening for engagement and is pivotally provided to open and close a shutter opening, the operation member moves each of said multiple sectors in engagement with the cam opening, and the cam opening of at least one sector that is one of the multiple sectors is formed to change a moving direction of said at least one sector, when the operation member moves said at least one sector to a position to close the shutter opening.

An aperture apparatus includes a substrate having a lens opening, a first aperture sector having a first aperture opening, a second aperture sector having a second aperture opening, and a drive pin that is engaged in cam openings respectively formed in the first aperture sector and in the second aperture sector and that swings the first aperture sector and the second aperture sector. The first aperture sector and the second aperture sector are located in receding positions from the lens opening, when the drive pin is in an initial position. The cam openings include a swing region and a non-swing region, the swing region guiding a corresponding sector to the lens opening as the drive pin moves from the initial position, the non-swing region retaining the other sector in the receding position, when one of the first aperture sector and the second aperture sector is guided to the lens opening.
