A dishwasher provided that may include a washing chamber, a rack adapted to accommodate items to be washed by washing liquid within the washing chamber, an arm, and an arm moving arrangement arranged to move the arm within the washing chamber. The arm may include at least one washing liquid removing element arranged to touch at least one of the rack and washing liquid at the rack upon movement of the arm to remove the washing liquid from the rack. The embodiments herein also relate to method for removing washing liquid from a rack of a dishwasher.

Dishwasher and a method for removing washing liquid from a rack of a dishwasher

The present invention relates to a method of and a device () for, detecting an operational state of a dishwasher (), in particular activation of extra wash zones and overfill situations. The device () is arranged to operate a motor () driving a dishwasher circulation pump () at at least one rotational speed differing from a nominal rotational speed and measure operating current of the motor () driving the dishwasher circulation pump (). Further, the device is arranged to determine whether the dishwasher () operates in an operational state differing from a nominal operational state based on the measured circulation pump motor operating current.

Detecting operational state of a dishwasher

The present invention relates to a method of, and a device for, detecting clogging of a dishwasher filter. The device is arranged to drain the dishwasher on process water, measure operating current of a motor driving a dishwasher drain pump and determine whether the dishwasher filter is clogged based on the measured drain pump motor operating current.

Device and method for a dishwasher

The invention relates to a dishwasher comprising a cabinet, a door for allowing access to a washing volume inside of the cabinet, and a water tank to be filled with water for washing. According to the invention, the water tank may be positioned within the washing volume inside the cabinet.
