A process for manufacturing a device and the device for damping pressure pulsations for a compressor of a gaseous fluid, in particular a refrigerant, in a refrigerant circuit of a motor vehicle air-conditioning system. The device exhibits a housing that encompasses a chamber and features at least two outlet openings. Here, the housing is constructed between tubular connecting lines, whose ends are aligned with one another. An insert element for reducing the cross-sectional area of the pass-through opening is arranged inside at least one of the pass-through openings.

Device for damping pressure pulsations for a compressor of a caseous fluid

The invention relates to a device for heat exchange, in particular in a refrigerant circuit, with at least one first flow path and at least one second flow path, which, in a cross section perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the device, are disposed coaxially with respect to one another, and each of which comprises at least one flow channel. The device is realized of a synthetic material.

Plastic material internal heat exchanger

The absorbing device includes a hollow enclosed chamber including two pot parts. Open ends of the pot parts are connectable to each other by welding or soldering. Each of the pot parts is integrally formed in an opposing end of an air-conditioning conduit, wherein open ends of the pot parts are oriented toward each other. Each of the pot parts is provided with a reduced passage opening interconnected with an internal space of the air-conditioning conduit via a tapered section.

Absorbing device and method for its production

A dampening device of the present invention is configured to attenuate acoustic energy produced by a fluid circulating through a fluid system. The dampening device includes a hollow tubular body having a first end, a second end, and a collar interposed between the first end and the second end. The tubular body is disposed within at least one conduit of the fluid system, forming a space between an inner surface of the conduit and the first end of the tubular body and another space between the inner surface of the conduit and the second end of the tubular body.
