A floating bearing bush for bearing a printed circuit board includes a bearing ring and a soldering ring. The bearing ring includes a tubular opening for receiving a fastening bolt. The soldering ring surrounds the bearing ring and is configured to be soldered by a lower edge onto a printed circuit board. The lower edge of the soldering ring is provided by a continuous wall which is configured to keep a liquid potting compound away from the interior of the soldering ring. The bearing ring is movably suspended within the soldering ring, with the result that the bearing ring is movable at least in a radial direction with respect to the soldering ring.

An electrical assembly for a motor vehicle transmission includes a printed circuit board (PCB), at least two contact surfaces, at least two contact elements, and a potting compound. The PCB has a component side and the two contact surfaces are arranged on the component side. The contact elements are each electrically connected by a PCB-side first end portion to one of the contact surfaces. The potting compound is arranged on the component side of the PCB, and the contact elements are partly embedded therein. The potting compound directly contacts the contact surfaces and the PCB-side end portions of the contact elements and covers the same. The contact elements protrude from the potting compound by second end portions facing away from the PCB. The electrical assembly includes a chip protection frame that protrudes outward from the potting compound and forms contact chambers for the second end portions of the contact elements.

A method for producing an electronic assembly includes providing a printed circuit board with a first face, a second face facing away from the first face, and a first component arranged on the first face. The method further includes arranging the circuit board such that the second face lies on a reference surface, and applying a sealing material which is substantially not flowable prior to being cured onto the first face. The sealing material surrounds a sub-region of the first face of the circuit board. The method further includes arranging a second component at least partly on the reference surface such that the second component is pressed into the sealing material, electrically connecting the second component to the circuit board via an electric connection line, and applying a covering material onto the circuit board first face sub-region surrounded by the sealing material and onto the first component.

Method for producing an electronic assembly, and electronic assembly, in particular for a transmission control module

An electrical assembly includes a first electrical component with a first conductor, a second electrical component with a second conductor, and an accommodating chamber which is formed on the electrical assembly and in which an electrical contact point between the first and second conductors is arranged. The first conductor is arranged in a first insulating part and has at a free conductor end that protrudes from the first insulating part. The second conductor is arranged in a second insulating part and has a free conductor end that protrudes from the second insulating part. The accommodating chamber is partially filled with a potting mass such that the contact point and the free conductor ends are covered by the potting mass and the potting mass is bounded by an inner wall of the accommodating chamber. The inner wall of the accommodating chamber is formed by wall surfaces of the insulating parts.

A gearbox control module for a gearbox comprises an electronic component with an electronic circuit configured to control the gearbox, electrical connections and a module carrier. The electronics component and the electrical connections are mounted on the module carrier, and the module carrier is a cover configured to sealingly close off an interior of the gearbox.

An electrical plug connection having a plug and a socket, the socket having two contact zones located opposite to one another, which are each implemented on one spring arm, the spring arms allowing an insertion gap present between the contact zones to be elastically widened transversely to a plug axis during the insertion of the plug.
