A component () for a vehicle having a visible side () comprises a first light guide (), which comprises a light coupling-in surface () and a plurality of first light deflection elements (), wherein light can be coupled into the first light guide () through the light coupling-in surface (), and a plurality of diffuser elements () which are designed to scatter light diffusely. The first light deflection elements () are each designed to deflect the light coupled into the first light guide () by a deflection angle directed in the direction of the diffuser elements () so that the diffuser elements () scatter said directed light diffusely in the direction of the visible side ().

A thermoplastic mixture is described that includes at least one impact-resistant polypropylene copolymer and at least one ethylene-1-octene copolymer. The weight ratio of impact-resistant polypropylene copolymer to ethylene-1-octene copolymer can be in the range of 35:65 to 65:35. The thermoplastic mixture has a high melting point and excellent flexibility. The mixture is suitable in particular for roof membranes and waterproofing membranes.
