An electric transmission () for a motor vehicle drive train () includes a transmission input shaft () for operatively connecting the electric transmission to an electric prime mover (), a reduction gear () for reducing a rotational speed of the electric prime mover, a transmission () for establishing gear steps, including a first planetary gear set (RS) and a second planetary gear set (RS), a first output shaft () and a second output shaft () for transmitting drive power from the electric transmission, and a plurality of shift elements (B, C, D) for engaging the gear steps. A planet carrier of the first planetary gear set is drivingly connected to a planet carrier of the second planetary gear set, and a sun gear of the first planetary gear set is drivingly connected to a ring gear of the second planetary gear set.

Transmission for E-axle

An arrangement for actuating a shift element for a bottom bracket gearbox () includes a shift ring () rotatably mounted in a housing () and assigned to a gearbox component. A shift pawl () for locking or releasing the shift ring () is assigned to the shift ring () for shifting a gear stage. A support region mechanically reinforces the housing () and is provided at least along a contact region () between an inner wall () of the housing () and an outer circumference of the shift ring (). The contact region () is defined by reaction forces () acting when the shift ring () is locked.

Bottom-bracket gear

A hybrid transmission device () includes a first transmission input shaft (), a second transmission input shaft (), a superposition gear unit () arranged axially parallel to the first transmission input shaft () and to the second transmission input shaft () and configured for connecting an electric machine (). The superposition gear unit () includes a first planetary gear set (P) with a sun gear (P), a ring gear (P), and a planet carrier (P) with planet gears (P) rotatably arranged thereon. A gear reduction stage () includes a first spur gear pair (ST) and a second spur gear pair (ST) for connecting the superposition gear unit () to a differential (). At least a first shift element (A), a second shift element (B), and a third shift element (C) are configured for implementing an electrodynamic driving-off process and a purely electric or hybridized drive of the motor vehicle.

Hybrid transmission device and motor vehicle comprising a hybrid transmission device

A gear set arrangement () for a bicycle gearbox () includes a planetary assembly, a stationary component (), a first and a second brake (B, B), and a first and a second freewheel clutch (F, F). One planetary gear set () of the planetary assembly includes a first rotary element, a second rotary element, and a third rotary element. The first rotary element is rotationally fixable on the stationary component () by the first brake (B). The first rotary element is connectable to the output () by the first freewheel clutch (F). The second rotary element is rotationally fixable on the stationary component () by the second brake (B). The second rotary element is connectable to the output () by the second freewheel clutch (F). A shiftable planetary transmission () includes a planet carrier (), a plurality of planet gears () rotatably arranged at the planet carrier (), a sun gear (), and a ring gear (). The sun gear () and the ring gear () mesh with the planet gears (). The planet carrier () includes at least one connecting element (), which is axially displaceable therein. The at least one connecting element (), on a first side of the planet carrier (), is at least indirectly connected to an actuator () and, on a second side of the planet carrier (), is at least indirectly connected to a first dog element (). The first dog element () is displaceable, by an actuator actuation, between a first shift position and at least a second shift position due to an axial displacement of the at least one connecting element () in the planet carrier ().

Shiftable planetary gear train

A transmission for an at least partially electrically driven vehicle includes two electric machines which are rotationally driveable in a first direction and in a second direction. The transmission further includes an output shaft at least indirectly operatively connected to the first and second electric machines, a first freewheel clutch that at least indirectly transmits a drive power of the first electric machine to the output shaft with a first ratio when the first electric machine rotates in the first direction, and a second freewheel clutch that at least indirectly transmits the drive power of the first electric machine to the output shaft with a second ratio when the first electric machine rotates in the second direction. Additionally, the transmission includes at least one first gear stage in power flow between the first or second freewheel clutch and the output shaft to rotate the output shaft in a third direction.

Transmission and drive device for an at least partially electrically driven vehicle

A transmission has an input shaft, an output shaft coaxial to the input shaft, an intermediate shaft, a differential gear, and only one electric machine for driving a hybrid vehicle. The rotational axes of the input shaft, the intermediate shaft, the differential gear, and a rotor of the electric machine are axially parallel. The differential gear includes torque-transmitting interfaces to drive shafts connected to driving wheels of the hybrid vehicle. Torque is transmitted between the output shaft and the differential gear via the intermediate shaft. The rotor is permanently connected, via a constant gear ratio, to either the input shaft or a further shaft of the transmission. The rotational axis of the intermediate shaft is arranged spatially below a connection line between the rotational axes of the input shaft and the differential gear, and the rotational axis of the rotor is arranged spatially above the connection line.

Construction of a transmission for a hybrid vehicle, drive train and hybrid vehicle

A multi-stage planetary transmission for a bicycle or a pedelec includes a transmission input shaft (), a transmission output shaft (), and at least three planetary gear sets (VRS, VR, VR, RS, RS, NRS, NR, NR). A first planetary gear set (RS) and a second planetary gear set (RS) are configured as a main gear set and at least one further planetary gear set (VRS, VR, VR, NRS, NR, NR) is configured as a front-mounted gear set and/or as a rear-mounted gear set. At least three free-wheel clutches (F, F, F, F) and at least three brakes (B, B, B, B) are provided for implementing at least eight gears (G, G, G, G, G, G, G, G, G, G, G, G, G, G, G, G). Moreover, the multi-stage transmission may be a bottom bracket transmission. In addition, a bicycle or pedelec with the multi-stage transmission is proposed.

Planet-type multi-stage transmission for a bicycle or pedelec

A transmission (G) includes an input shaft (GW), an output shaft (GW), an electric machine (EM), a plurality of planetary gear sets (P-PP-P), and gear-implementing shift elements (S-SS-S). Via engagement of a first of the gear-implementing shift elements (SS), which is a force-locking shift element having a variable torque transmission capacity, the input shaft (GW) and an element (EE) of one of the planetary gear sets (PP) can be brought into a fixed rotational speed relationship with respect to each other. Another element (EEE) of one of the planetary gear sets (PPP) is permanently connected to a rotor (R) of the electric machine (EM). By engaging an auxiliary shift element (ZS,ZSa,ZSb), which is a form-locking shift element, the rotor (R) and the input shaft (GW) can be brought into a fixed rotational speed relationship with respect to each other.

Transmission for a motor vehicle, drive train and method for operating a transmission

A transmission having planetary gearsets (RSRSRSRSRS). Elements (STST) of gearsets (RSRS) form input and output shafts, respectively. Element (SO) of gearset (RS) couples element (HO) of gearset (RS) and can be immobilized by shift element (A). Element (ST) of gearset (RS) couples element (HO) of gearset (RS). Element (HO) of gearset (RS) can be immobilized by shift element (B). Elements (SOST) of gearsets (RSRS) can connect by shift element (C). Elements (HOSOSO) of gearsets (RSRSRS) couple and can couple element (SO) of gearset (RS) by shift element (E). An element of gearset (RS) is connected to an element of gearset (RS), while another element of gearset (RS) can be connected by shift element (D) to another element of gearset (RS). Elements (SOST) of gearsets (RSRS) are connected and can be immobilized by shift element (F).

Automatic transmission

A transmission (G) for a motor vehicle. The transmission (G) comprises a transmission input (GW-A), a transmission output (GW-A), first, second, third and fourth planetary gearsets (P, P, P, P) and first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth shift elements (B, B, K, K, K, K). Ten forward gears and one reverse gear can be achieved between the transmission input (GW-A) and the transmission output (GW-A) by selectively operating the six shift elements (B, B, K, K, K, K). A drive train for a motor vehicle having such a transmission (G) is also disclosed.

Transmission for a motor vehicle

A multi-speed transmission has drive and output shafts, three front-mounted and two rear-mounted planetary gear sets, and shift elements which can be engaged to selectively implement at least eleven forward gears and one reverse gear. The front gear sets are connected to one element of the rear gear sets. Five shift elements are assigned to the front gear sets and two are assigned to the rear gear sets, such that the front gear sets transmit seven output speeds to the rear gear sets. If normalized to the input speed of the drive shaft, at least one output speed of the front gear sets is less than 0, one output speed is greater than 1, one output speed is equal to 0, one output speed is equal to 1 and two output speeds are between 0 and 1.

Multispeed transmission

A transmission (G) for a motor vehicle which has a transmission input (GW-A), a transmission output (GW-A), five planetary gear sets (P, P, P, P, P) and six shifting elements (B, B, K, K, K, B). By selectively actuating the six shifting elements (B, B, K, K, K, B), ten forward gears and one reverse gear can be selected between the transmission input (GW-A) and the transmission output (GW-A). Further, the drive train is typically incorporated into a motor vehicle.

A multi-speed transmission having drive and output shafts, front-mounted planetary gearsets, rear-mounted planetary gearsets and six shift elements. Selective engagement of shift elements selectively renders a drive shaft speed and speeds generated in the front gearsets for achieving a reverse gear and twelve forward gears via the rear gearsets transmissible as an output speed to the output shaft. Four shift elements are assigned to the front gearsets and two are assigned to the rear gearsets. At least one front gearset is rigidly connected to an element of the rear gearsets, resulting in six different output speeds of the front gearsets being transmissible to the rear gearsets. If normalized to the drive shaft input speed, one output speed is smaller than 0, three output speeds are between 0 and 1, one output speed is equal to 1 and one output speed is greater than 1.
