A rotor for a long-stator linear motor system comprises at least three rollers for mounting the rotor on one or more guide rails of the long-stator linear motor system, the at least three rollers comprising a first roller that engages with an upper part of a first guide rail of the one or more guide rails, a second roller that engages with a lower part of the first guide rail, and a third roller that a) is rotatably mounted to at least one rotatable bolster of the rotor or b) comprises a steering rotational axis with an integrated castor.

Rotors for long-stator linear motor systems, having a low-wear mounting arrangement

The present disclosure provides rotors for long-stator linear motor systems, having at least two rollers for mounting the rotors on parallel guide rails of the long-stator linear motor system, wherein the rotors comprise at least one rotatable bolster, on which at least one roller, in particular at least one pair of rollers, of the at least two rollers is rotatably mounted, and/or at least one roller with a steering rotational axis with integrated castor, wherein the roller is mounted on a roller axle by means of a bolt, via an asymmetric and/or sloping bore, and further comprises a pendulum ring which is mounted on the bolt and has an external ball or slide bearing.

The present invention includes an apparatus () and a method for handling articles and comprises an upper suspension () with at least three rotatably driven positioning arms (), where the positioning arms () each comprise at least two arm sections () that are swivelable relative to each other and operated independently of one another. At least one drive shaft () is linked non-rotatingly to the manipulator, such that the manipulator is rotated by movement of the at least one drive shaft (). A method for palletizing confectioned units including the steps of grouping the confectioned units to a layer of confectioned units in a grouping device, providing a material for an intermediate layer comprising a partly elastic foil material, cutting a single sheet from the material for the intermediate layer, moving the layer of confectioned units and the single sheet of the intermediate layer to a transport device, moving the layer of confectioned goods and the single sheet of the intermediate layer into the loading station of the transport device, transporting the layer of confectioned goods and the single sheet of the intermediate layer to an unloading station, and positioning the layer of confectioned goods and the single sheet of the intermediate layer at the unloading station onto a pallet or onto layers of goods which are already positioned on the pallet.
