A wiper blade is proposed, which is for cleaning for windows, particularly of motor vehicles. The wiper blade () has an elongated, rubber-elastic wiper strip (), which can be placed against the window () and is connected to an elongated, spring-elastic support element () so that their longitudinal axes are parallel, which support element () is directly connected to a device () for connecting the wiper blade to a driven wiper arm (). The support element () has two band-like spring strips (), which are situated in a plane that is disposed in front of the window, essentially parallel to the window, and whose one, lower band surfaces () are oriented toward the window and whose adjacent, inner longitudinal edges (), which are disposed spaced a distance () apart from each other, each protrude into a respective longitudinal groove (, or), which grooves are associated with each longitudinal edge and are open toward a respective longitudinal side of the wiper strip (), and these two spring strips () are connected to each other by at least two crosspieces () disposed spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal direction. Manufacturing advantages for the wiper blade according to the invention are achieved if each crosspiece () has a middle section () which extends spaced a distance () apart from the upper band surfaces () of the spring strips (), producing bridge-like crosspieces, where the distance () between the two longitudinal strips () is less than the bridge width ().

Wiper blade for cleaning vehicle windows

A wiper blade for cleaning motor vehicles is proposed, which is provided with a band-like, elongated, spring-elastic support element (). The lower band surface () of the support element () oriented toward the window () has an elongated, rubber-elastic wiper strip (), which can be placed against the window (), disposed on it so that the longitudinal axes of these two parts are parallel and the upper band surface () of the support element () has a wind deflection strip () disposed on it, which extends in the longitudinal direction of the support element, is provided with an attack surface () oriented toward the main flow of the relative wind, and is comprised of an elastic material. Wiper blade for cleaning screens in particular on motor vehicles

A wiper system is proposed, which is used to clean windows, in particular of motor vehicles. The wiper system has a driven wiper arm (), guided on the motor vehicle and movable between two turning points, on whose free end (), a pivot bolt () retained thereon is disposed, whose pivot axis () extends transversely to the longitudinal axis of the wiper arm, essentially in the direction of motion (double arrow) of the wiper arm (), on which pivot bolt a wiper blade () is supported that can be pivoted about the pivot axis () and pressed against the window (), and the wiper system has means for securing the wiper blade to the pivot bolt, which means have stop faces (), () disposed on the wiper blade transversely to the pivot axis and spaced apart from one another and pointing away from one another, which fittingly engage between securing faces (), facing one another, of the wiper arm (). A simple and economical wiper system is obtained if the stop faces of the wiper blade are disposed on the two long sides of a coupling part () that is present on the wiper blade and has a bearing bore () for the pivot bolt (); that one securing face of the wiper arm is a cheek region () oriented toward the wiper blade; and that the other securing face () is embodied on an extension (), protruding from the bearing bore (), of the pivot bolt (), which extension engages the stop face (), facing away from the wiper arm, of the wiper blade () from behind.

Wiper device especially for the panes of motor vehicles

A wiper blade is proposed, which is used for cleaning windows, particularly of motor vehicles. The wiper blade () has an elongated, rubber-elastic wiper strip (), which can be placed against the window () and is connected in a longitudinally parallel fashion to an elongated, spring-elastic support element (), which has a connecting device () for a wiper arm (). A wiper blade, which is particularly low-profile and therefore insensitive to the flow conditions of the window, is obtained if each of the two inner longitudinal edges () of the spring strips () is disposed in one of the two groove-like constrictions () of the wiper strip (), where the width of the constriction grooves (), at least over an outer partial region, is greater than the thickness of the spring strips ().

A wiper blade () for windows, in particular of motor vehicles, is proposed that is equipped with a long, rubber-elastic wiper strip () that can be placed against the window (), that is situated parallel to the longitudinal axis on a long, spring-elastic carrier element () to which a component () belonging to a device for attaching the wiper blade () to a driven wiper arm () is directly connected, whereby the carrier element () has springs () designed in the shape of a strap lying in front of the window () in a plane that is basically parallel to the window, the bottom surfaces of the strap () of which face the window, the inner, adjacent longitudinal edges () of which have a distance between them and plunge individually into longitudinal grooves () assigned to each longitudinal edge and open toward the longitudinal side of the wiper strip, and that are connected to each other by way of at least two transverse ribs () situated in the longitudinal direction with distance between them. A reliable and stressfree attachment of the wiper strip to the carrier element is insured when each transverse rib () has a center section () that extends at a distance from the top strap surfaces () of the springs () so that bridge-like transverse ribs result, whereby the distance () between the two springs is less than the bridge width (), and means of attachment () are situated on the carrier element () to secure the wiper strip () to the carrier element () in its longitudinal direction.

The invention relates to a method for producing a bandlike-elongated, spring-elastic element ( ) for supporting a rubber-elastic wiper strip ( ) of a windshield wiper for vehicles, which element has two spring rails ( ), located with a spacing ( ) from one another and essentially parallel to one another, which at least on both of their end portions are solidly joined together by transverse ribs ( ) that are disposed on the one band face ( ) of the spring rails and that span the spacing ( ).
