The present disclosure relates to sensor devices and the teachings may be applied to a sensor for determining a displacement of a shaft along its longitudinal axis. In some embodiments, a sensor device may include a sensor unit and a detection element. The sensor element is disposed at a fixed radial distance from the longitudinal axis. The detection element is arranged between the shaft and the sensor unit and coupled to the shaft. The side of the detection element facing away from the axis comprises a convex shape. A gap distance defined between the detection element and the sensor unit varies over an extent of the sensor unit perpendicularly with respect to the longitudinal axis and independently of a tilting angle of the shaft. The sensor unit generates a shaft displacement signal dependent on a displacement of the detection element in relation to the sensor unit along the longitudinal axis.

A mechanically commutated electric motor is at least partially arranged in a closure apparatus for a housing. The closure apparatus includes at least a first rod-like throttle coil and a second rod-like throttle coil which are wound in opposite directions with coil wire and which are arranged parallel to one another. The first throttle coil is electrically directly coupled to a first coupling element provided for electrical coupling to the mechanically commutated electric motor, and the second throttle coil is electrically directly coupled to a second coupling element provided for electrical coupling to the mechanically commutated electric motor, such that, when the mechanically commutated electric motor is connected to the coupling elements and the mechanically commutated electric motor is operated, the magnetic fluxes (Phi, Phi) in the first throttle coil and second throttle coil at least partially compensate one another.

An electronic device () has a screen () protecting against radiofrequency electromagnetic fields, wherein the screen is formed by an at least partially conductive cap (). In order to avoid the formation of a defined conductive connection between the cap () and a reference potential, conductive two-dimensional regions () of the cap () are arranged in electrically insulated fashion at a short distance parallel to at least one two-dimensional region () of a conductor () of a reference potential. The two-dimensional regions act as a capacitor and a capacitive coupling () to the reference potential is produced which eliminates or attenuates radiofrequency electromagnetic interference fields, which enter the electronic device or are emitted from it.

A magnetic rotational angle transducer has at least one Hall sensor () rotatable in a magnetic field of a given configuration relative to and offset from the rotational axis (). To enable linearization of the output signal without additional signal processing over a large range of rotational angles, it is proposed that the Hall sensor is aligned radially and axially to the rotational axis () and lies in a central position parallel to the field lines of the magnetic field, wherein the magnetic field is created by at least one permanent magnet () in circular segment form around the rotation axis and the Hall sensor () is offset from the rotational axis () towards the permanent magnet () in circular segment form.

The sensor has only a first contact () and a second contact (). In the first step of the method, current is passed through the sensor element () while simultaneously measuring the measured variable using a closed switch (). In a second step, the measured value is then converted into a digital signal in an analogue/digital converter () and the digital signal is transformed into a digital output value in a digital switching mechanism () which is connected downstream of the analogue/digital converter (). In a third step, the digital output value is serially sent via the first contact () and the second contact () with the switch () open or closed depending on the binary structure of the digital output value.

The invention relates to an angle position sensor, for recording the angular position of a component which may rotate about a rotational axis, including a magnetic ring, fixed to the component coaxially to the rotation axis, magnetised perpendicularly to the rotation axis and surrounded on the outer circumference thereof by a ferromagnetic external screening ring. A magnetic sensor element is further provided, arranged radially and fixed within the magnetic ring. The rotating component is surrounded by an inner ferromagnetic screening ring, arranged coaxially to the rotation axis and approximately radially with relation to the outer screening ring, which is further surrounded by an inner magnetic ring. The inner screening ring and the inner magnetic ring are fixed to the rotating component and the magnetic sensor element is arranged in an annular gap, formed between the outer magnetic ring and the inner magnetic ring.

The direct drive for a throttle valve shaft in a throttle valve manifold comprises a coil and a rotor arranged directly adjacent to the coil. The rotor is made from a steel ring inside which a first inner magnetic shell and a second inner magnetic shell lie opposite each other. The steel ring has a first outer magnetic shell and a second outer magnetic shell lying opposite each other on the outside thereof. The steel ring is connected to the throttle valve shaft on the end thereof facing the throttle valve. A sensor for position recognition of the throttle valve is arranged in the middle of that region of the end of the steel ring facing away from the throttle valve.

The invention relates to a method for the contactless detection of the position of a butterfly-valve shaft of a butterfly valve connecting piece, the butterfly-valve shaft being driven by an electric actuator and having a magnet at one end, which is aligned in a contactless manner with a sensor that is located on a cover. An aim of the invention is to reliably guarantee the detection of the position of the butterfly-valve shaft, even over particularly long periods of time using a contactless position detection device. To achieve this, the sensor has a first and a second magnetoresistive sensor element, an approximately sinusoidal signal being generated in the first sensor element and an approximately cosinusodial signal being generated in the second sensor element by means of the magnet, during the rotation of the butterfly-valve shaft. According to the method, an approximately arc tangential signal is generated in the butterfly-valve connecting signal. The control signal is fed to the actuator that is located in the butterfly-valve connecting piece, to adjust the position of the butterfly-valve shaft.

The invention relates to a magnetic position sensor in the case of which at least two stator elements are arranged in a magnetic field and a magnetic field probe is located in the measuring air gap between the stator elements, a means tracking a moving object being arranged parallel to the plane defined by the stator elements. A magnetic position sensor which can be produced simply and cost-effectively has a stator element and a magnetic field probe which are arranged on a common supporting element.
