The present invention concerns a separation device for separating a rod-like element from a plurality of rod-like elements stored in a storage. The separation device may include a storage space having an approximately V-shaped cross section, for storing a plurality of at least approximately horizontally aligned rod-like elements, wherein the storage space includes at least a front wall element, a rear wall elements, and two side wall elements, having a bottom section and a top section. Moreover, a first discharge unit may be included for discharging a single rod-like element out of the plurality of rod-like elements stored in the storage space.

Separation device

The present invention relates to a clipping tool assembly for closing a closure clip in a clipping machine for forming sausages. The clipping tool assembly comprises a first and a second closing tool movable between a closed and an opened position; a drive means for moving the closing tools in a closing direction, the drive means including a crank shaft having a first and a second crank pin. The clipping tool assembly further comprises a first and a second tool arm having first and second ends, with the first and second closing tools being attached to the respective first end, the tool arms being coupled to the crank pins in the region of their second ends. A first and a second linear guide slot is provided in the region of the second end of the tool arms, in which the crank pins are slidable guided.

The invention relates to a handling system for transporting, removing or inserting rod-like elements from or into a storage frame, the rod-like elements, like smoking rods, serving for storing products, each having a sausage-shaped body and a loop for a pendulously storage of the products. The handling system comprises a robotic device with at least one robotic arm being movably in three dimensions, at least one gripping device for reversibly gripping the rod-like elements, wherein the gripping device is attached to the robotic arm of the robotic device. Moreover, a preventing unit for preventing uncontrolled movement of the products hanging up on the rod-like elements is provided.

Handling system for transporting, removing or inserting rod-like elements

The present invention relates to a loading station for a storage frame. In the loading station, the storage frame serves for temporarily holding and transporting rod-like elements, in particular smoking rods, on which sausage-shaped products, like sausages, are stored, and comprises two side parts, wherein each side part has two supports being substantially parallel to each other and wherein the side parts are connected with each other by at least one cross beam, and horizontally arranged trays for accommodating rod-like elements. The loading station comprises at least one position defining device for defining a predetermined position of the storage frame. Moreover, at least one locking device is provided for releasably locking of the storage frame in its predetermined position.

Calender that includes a stand, an upper roll, a lower roll, and at least two center rolls arranged between the upper and the lower rolls. The calender also includes at least two cylinders, where the at least two center rolls are supported on the stand by the at least two cylinders. Each of the at least two cylinders include a discharge path that is controlled over more than &frac34; of a piston stroke for lowering the at least two center rolls.

The invention relates to an embroidery machine for embroidering embroidery fabric (23), particularly for chain stitching and drop stitching. The embroidery machine has an embroidery head (1), located above the embroidery fabric (23), and an embroidery needle (2) is movably supported in the embroidery head (1) in such a way that by means of drive mechanisms, the embroidery needle (2) is movable up and down and is also rotatable about its longitudinal axis. The embroidery machine also has a stitch plate (3), which is located below the embroidery fabric (23) and on which at least some of the embroidery fabric (23) rests during the embroidering. A thread layer (18) is located on the side of the stitch plate (3) remote from the embroidery fabric (23) and guides the embroidery thread (10) for stitching, and by rotation of the thread layer (18) the embroidery thread (10) can be laid around the embroidery needle (2) that has pierced the embroidery fabric (23). A cutting tool (19, 20) is provided by means of which the embroidery thread (10) can be severed. On the side of the thread layer (18) remote from the embroidery fabric (23), a plurality of injector nozzles (8) that blow air are provided, and by means of the compressed air stream one embroidery thread (10) at a time can be inserted into the thread layer (18), and the injector nozzles (6) are movable relative to the thread layer (18) by means of a drive mechanism (9) in such a way that the respective blower opening (24a) of an injector nozzle (6) is aligned with the opening of the thread layer (18) toward the injector nozzle (6).

A fin stabilized projectile for combatting a tank from above of the type including a rotating control unit disposed at the front of the projectile and containing a sensor for scanning the area to detect a target, and wherein the final phase of flying into the target is initiated by a force which acts on the tip of the projectile, particularly on the control unit. Since the control unit rotates relative to the warhead of the projectile to enable its sensor to detect the target, the gyro effect of this rotary movement generates pendulum movements in the projectile and thus causes deviations from the target at different target distances. To avoid yaw angles and lateral displacements of the projectile during the rotating-descending phase, a drive arrangement is provided within the projectile between the control unit and the warhead to impart an angular momentum to the warhead corresponding to the angular momentum of the control unit but directed in the opposite direction. Preferably this drive arrangement simultaneously serves as the drive for producing the rotation of the control unit.
