The present application relates to a controller arrangement for controlling an inverter for converting an input power from a power source to a multiphase AC output power provided at a power output of the inverter. The power output is connected to a load and additionally to a power grid. The controller arrangement includes a signal input for receiving a power signal per phase representative of at least one of the power per phase provided to the load or the power per phase provided to the power grid. The controller arrangement is further adapted to control each phase of the multiphase AC output power individually according to the corresponding power signal. The invention further relates to an inverter comprising such a controller arrangement, a power distribution arrangement comprising such an inverter and a controller arrangement to control the inverter and the invention further relates to a method for controlling such an inverter.

A current supply arrangement (A, B) for rectifying three-phase current into multi-pulse DC current with at least one three-phase AC current transformer with a transformer core or three single-phase AC current transformers, each having a transformer core, wherein the three-phase AC current transformer includes three first secondary-side coils (L, L, L), each of which is arranged on a corresponding leg of the transformer core, wherein each secondary side coil is arranged on a leg of the transformer cores, with at least one first rectifier having first converter valves (D, D, D). The first converter valves (D, D, D) are connected with the first secondary-side coils (L, L, L) to form the first rectifier, wherein the current supply arrangement (A, B) includes means (S, S, S) for changing the transformer ratio of the three-phase AC current transformer or the transformer ratios of the three single-phase AC current transformers.

The coil form according to the invention for forming an inductive element includes a hollow cylindrical mantle portion, two flange portions and a slit. The flange portions and the mantle portion form a winding chamber for winding therein a wire that forms a first winding or a part of a first winding of the inductive element. The coil form, which is completely made of copper, forms a second coil or a winding of a second coil of the inductive element. Due to the increased contact surface between the first and the second coil the heat dissipation capabilities and the magnetic coupling between the coils are increased. This in turn results in an increased power density of the inductive element.

A power supply arrangement for producing polysilicon with a central control unit and a basic supply unit, which are regulated and controlled by control means. The basic supply unit supplies the supply module with electric energy, an output for connecting to loads which are supplied with electric energy from the mains via basic supply unit, and controllable switches, which are connected to the input and to the output and which are configured for adjusting the energy to be supplied to the loads. The switches are controllable. The control unit is supplied with electric energy. The power supply includes a communication bus. The control module and the basic supply module are connectable to the control module and the basic supply module to the communication bus. The control module and the basic supply module provide connections to the control module and the basic supply module to the communication bus.

A winding assembly for a transformer includes a wire winding and a sheet winding. The wire winding includes a spirally wound insulated wire and the sheet winding includes a metallic winding sheet that forms a single turn winding. Instead of winding the wire winding on a bobbin, sleeve or the like, the wire winding is attached directly to a surface of the winding sheet by means of a self-bonding technique.

An inductive element comprises at least two core-parts including a magnetically permeable material and at least one winding of an electrical conductor which can be a foil winding, a stranded wire (litz) winding or a conventional wire winding. Each core-part has an elongated center piece with an outer winding surface. At each of its longitudinal ends, the center piece has a contact element with a lateral contact surface. The winding is wound directly on the core-parts without a bobbin or the-like. The core-parts of the inductive element are arranged with their longitudinal axes essentially in parallel in a manner that the lateral contact surfaces of each contact element abut on a lateral contact surface of another core-part. Such an inductive element can be manufactured by co-axially arranging the core-parts and using them as a roll-shaft. After the windings have been applied to the core-parts, they can be rearranged, i.e. 'flipped over,' in a stack-like arrangement in order to form an inductive element.
