A system and associated method are provided for maintenance of a plurality of washroom facilities by maintenance personnel, wherein each of the washroom facilities has one or more consumable product dispensers that require periodic refill. For each of the washroom facilities, the product dispensers are configured with a sensor that detects a product level or amount condition of the product dispenser, the sensors in communication with a monitoring station assigned to the washroom facility. A set of instructions unique to each of the washroom facilities is generated based upon the detected product level or amount conditions of the dispensers in the respective washroom facility, the set of instructions including instructions as to the amount of product refill to be added to the dispensers. With an identification (ID) system configured within each washroom facility, maintenance personnel that enter the washroom facility are identified and provided with the unique set of instructions in a message via a mobile smart device carried by the maintenance personnel or an audio or visual display device within the washroom facility.

System and method for instructing personnel on washroom maintenance requirements

A system and associated method for encouraging individual employees of a business, or members of a ten, to practice proper washroom activities is provided. The employees or team members are enrolled a washroom rewards program, and certain washroom facilities are designated as available to the individuals for use in the rewards program. The washroom facilities are configured with an identification (ID) system that automatically identifies enrolled employees or team members that enter the facility. Point values me assigned in the washroom rewards program for defined washroom activities performed by the individuals in the designated washroom facilities, and upon performance of such activities, the individual is identified via the ID system and a personal account assigned to the individual is automatically credited with the point value. The points are redeemable by the individuals for an award value.

System and method for developing individual and team washroom compliance practices

A system and associated method for encouraging individual employees of a business, or members of a team, to practice proper washroom activities is provided. A system and control method are provided for encouraging patron use of washrooms at commercial establishments. A plurality of commercial establishments are enrolled in a washroom rewards program, as well as patrons that may frequent or visit such establishments. Respective point values in the washroom rewards program are established for defined washroom activities performed by the patrons in the washrooms of the commercial establishments. The identity and location of the commercial establishments are provided to the patrons. Upon the patrons performing one of the defined washroom activities in one of the commercial establishments, the patron is identified and awarded credit of the points for the defined activity to a player account assigned to the patron. Provisions are made for the patrons to redeem accumulated points in their respective account for an award.

Method and system for consumer award program for washroom usage

A system and control method for determining an amount of paper product dispensed from a dispenser or remaining in the dispenser is provided. The paper product is initially loaded in the dispenser as a paper product formation, such as a roll or stack of the product. At defined intervals, a digital image of an aspect of the paper product formation in the dispenser is taken and transmitted to a digital imager processor. A feature of the digital image that changes as the paper product formation decreases in size as the paper product is dispensed is analyzed and compared with a predetermined value of the feature at a predefined size of the paper product formation to determine an amount of the paper product dispensed or remaining in the dispenser.

Method and system for determining usage and authentication of a paper product in a dispenser

A washroom system and related operations method are provided wherein patrons receive a personalized message or other personalized washroom experience. A washroom facility is configured with a receiver that receives a respective ID signal unique to particular patrons that enter the facility. The unique ID signal is transmitted by a device carried by the patrons. A processor system is in communication with the receiver for receipt of the unique ID signals. The processor system includes a memory with a file associated with each of the unique ID signals, the files containing information on the respective patron associated with the unique ID signal that is retrieved by the processor and used to generate and transmit the personalized message to a broadcast device in the washroom facility.

System and method for providing a personalized washroom experience to patrons

A substrate includes a flexible substantially planar sheet of at least one layer. The layer has a front side and a back side with a donning agent associated with at least one side of the sheet. The donning agent is transferable from the sheet to an object or individual apart from the sheet.

There is provided in accordance with the present invention a lofty filter medium for filtering fluid-borne particles, which comprises a nonwoven fiber web of crimped fibers selected from the group consisting of spunbond fibers and staple fibers, wherein the filter medium has a density between about 0.005 g/cm,and about 0.1 g/cm,. The lofty filter medium is highly suitable for fluid-borne particle filtration applications, such as filtration media for transmission fluids, hydraulic fluids, swimming pool water, coolant oil or cutting fluid for metalworking, metal forming and metal rolling, air-borne particle filtration and the like.

The invention provides a sheet filter medium having autogenously bonded uncrimped conjugate fibers which contain a polyolefin and another thermoplastic polymer that have different melting points. The filter medium has a density between about 0.07 g/cm.sup.3 and about 0.2 g/cm.sup.3. The invention additionally provides a three-dimensionally thermoformed filter medium that has a density between about 0.07 g/cm.sup.3 and about 0.5 g/cm.sup.3.

The present invention provides a self-supporting laminate filter medium having an electret lofty spunbond web and an electret microfiber web, wherein the spunbond web has a density between about 0.01 g/cm.sup.3 and about 0.1 g/cm.sup.3.
