The invention relates to controlling a driving condition for an agricultural machine having a tractor, an implement for applying materials selected from the group of granular material, liquid material, and a powder-form material, the implement carried or trailed by the tractor and comprising a supply container, an application device, and a weight sensor device having at least one weight sensor and configured to sense an empty weight and a filling weight for the supply container. A tractor implement management system is provided and is operationally connected to the weight sensor device and configured for controlling driving conditions of the tractor. The method comprises driving the tractor, measuring first weight signals, indicative of a first driving condition, providing first tractor control signals, generated in response to the first weight signals and configured to apply a first control condition to the tractor driving, for controlling the tractor driving.

Method for controlling a driving condition for a tractor of an agricultural machine and an agricultural machine

The present disclosure refers to an agricultural system having a tractor and an implement and a method of operating. A driveline is provided between a driving device () of a tractor () and a first functional element () of an implement (), the driveline comprising a tractor driveline () and an implement driveline () connected through a power take-off connection (). A driving force is provided to the first functional element () of the implement () through the driveline in a first mode of operation, thereby, a working tool () rotating in a first direction in response to the driving force. An operation problem is detected for the first functional element () by a sensor () provided in a tractor-implement control system. Reverse control signals are generated in a tractor controller () provided in the tractor-implement control system in response to the detecting of the operation problem for the first functional element (). A direction of rotation of the drive output shaft () of the tractor power take-off () is reversed in response to the providing of the reverse control signals in the tractor controller () in a second mode of operation, thereby, rotating the working tool () of the first functional element () in a second direction which is opposite to the first direction.

A tractor control network () and an implement control network () are connected through a data bus (). Control signals are transmitted over a signal line of the data bus (). A driving power supply is provided by a tractor power supply () to a working unit () of the implement through a driving power supply line, the tractor power supply () configured to provide a plurality of different driving voltages. Driving power supply control signals are received in the tractor control network (), the driving power supply control signals being sent from the implement control network () over the signal line and indicating a present driving voltage. The present driving voltage is supplied over the driving power supply line to the working unit ().

The method may comprise providing a portable device that has an input device, a processing unit, a storage unit, an output device, and a transceiver device configured for wireless data transmission; receiving a voice control command over a microphone device of the input device of the portable device; determining command text data from the voice control command by processing the voice control command by a speech recognition application running on the processing unit of the portable device; providing machine control signals assigned to a machine control function in a control device of an agricultural machine located remotely from the portable device; and controlling the operation of the agricultural machine according to the machine control signals.
