A method for generating authentication code for web service resources. The method includes receiving a selection of a resource method, where the resource method defines a method for interacting with a resource associated with a web service. The method further includes determining an authentication scheme for the resource method, where the authentication scheme defines an authentication mechanism required during execution of the resource method to enable interaction with the resource. The method further includes generating authentication code for the resource method using the authentication scheme, where the authentication code enables a user executing the resource method to interact with the resource.

Method and system for providing authentication schemes for web services

A REST application may be explored through discovery of resources and exercising of methods. A user interface displays a graphical representation of the REST application based on a model constructed in memory. User input selects a resource. Methods associated with the selected resource are displayed. A user may select a method and provide input. A request is automatically sent to the server based on the selected method. A representation of the response to the request is displayed on the user interface, allowing the user to further explore the application.

REST application exploration

According to a technique described herein, a binding document comprises one or more '&#x3c;bind&#x3e;' element instances. Each '&#x3c;bind&#x3e;' element instance indicates an association between (a) an SVG element instance and (b) a class. When a binding's name is passed to a &#x201c;createFromTemplate( )&#x201d; method, the method processes all of the &#x201c;&#x3c;bind&#x3e;&#x201d; element instances that are associated within that name. For each such &#x201c;&#x3c;bind&#x3e;&#x201d; element instance, the method (a) creates, in an SVG DOM tree, a clone of a node that corresponds to an SVG element instance indicated in that &#x201c;&#x3c;bind&#x3e;&#x201d; element instance, (b) instantiates an object that is an instance of a class that is indicated in that &#x201c;&#x3c;bind&#x3e;&#x201d; element instance, and (c) stores data that establishes a binding between the clone node and the object. Methods of the object can be invoked to affect and/or alter attributes of the clone node to which the object is bound.

Language for binding scalable vector graphics elements to java classes

A low-level process, which was mapped from a high-level graphical notation diagram, is debugged using the high-level graphical notation diagram. To debug the low-level process, a debugging interface allows a user to set and track breakpoints and other debug events from the high-level graphical notation diagram. When a breakpoint or other debug event is encountered during low-level processing, the high-level graphical notation diagram is updated to show the status of the low-level process.
