A mobile robot having a removable wheel-drive assembly, comprising a mobile base having a chassis and a first wheel well member with a flange. There is a removable wheel drive assembly with a mounting bracket. There is a motor drive unit disposed on the mounting bracket and a wheel/tire connected to the motor drive unit via an axle. There is a second wheel well member on the mounting bracket and positioned between the motor drive unit and the wheel. The second wheel well member includes a central section having an aperture through which the axle passes and a top surface. The top surface of the central section of the second wheel well member engages with the flange of the first wheel well member of the mobile base.

A mobile robot configured to drive on a surface with irregularities, comprising: a chassis having a front end facing a forward direction of travel, a back end, a first side, and a second side. There is a first drive wheel rigidly affixed to the chassis proximate the first side and interconnected to a motor to propel it. There is a second drive wheel rigidly affixed to the chassis proximate the second side and interconnected to a motor to propel it. A first caster assembly is rigidly affixed to the chassis proximate the front end and includes a first caster wheel configured to rotate about a first swivel axis. A second caster assembly is rigidly affixed to the chassis proximate the back end and includes a second caster wheel configured to rotate about a second swivel axis and it includes a compliant member to absorb the irregularities.

Mobile robot having an improved suspension system

A retainer device for removably connecting a first tote to a second tote in a stacked arrangement includes an elongated body member including a top surface, a bottom surface, and a channel disposed in the bottom surface and extending along a length of the elongated body member. There is a leg member affixed to the elongated body member at a first angle with respect to the top surface of the elongated body member and extending at least partially along the length of the elongated body member. There is also at least one foot member having a top surface; the at least one foot member affixed to the leg member at a second angle such that the top surface of at least one foot member faces the bottom surface of the elongated body member to define a region for receiving portions of the first and second totes.

Tote retainer device

A high efficiency LED module includes a circuit board having a plurality of LEDs spaced apart from each other and arranged in a cluster on the circuit board so that a first LED and a second LED are located along a single plane and a third LED is located outside of the single plane. Further included is a lens assembly fixed to the circuit board and having a single, continuous body with a cluster of lenses arranged so as to correspond with the arrangement of LEDs. Each lens includes an upper dome surface having a centrally located dimple, a substantially planar bottom surface in alignment with the other bottom surfaces of the lenses and an indention that is recessed from the bottom surface of the lens so that the indention surrounds one of the LEDs on the circuit board.

High-efficiency LED module

A pre-calibrated light box includes a light panel, a material attached to the light panel and at least one LED strip positioned inside the light box and including a plurality of interweaved LEDs selected from three different bins on a chromaticity diagram. The three different bins are selected based on plotting a representative vertex inside each of the first, the second and the third bins and drawing a triangle between the vertices so that a target color of white light emitted out of the light box is located inside the drawn triangle. At least three channels are electrically coupled to each of the bins of LEDs and each channel powers the corresponding bin of LEDs with a proportion of power determined by a geometric location of the target color of white light with respect to a location of each of the bins on the chromaticity diagram.

Pre-calibrated light box

A tunable white light box includes light sources and a controller for individually controlling each of the light sources. The light sources each generate a light having a peak wavelength that differs from the peak wavelength generated by another one of the light sources. The controller individually adjusts each of the light sources to generate a color temperature for a translucent media containing an image.

Tunable white light box

A board-to-wire connector includes a substrate, a pair of wires and a pair of electrically conducting rivets. The substrate has a first surface, an opposing second surface and at least two electrically conducting traces having respective conductive pads. The pair of wires are each electrically preassembled to one of the electrically conducting traces through the respective conductive pads with solder joints. The pair of electrically conducting rivets each extend through the substrate from the first surface to the second surface and through one of the electrically conducting traces and have prongs that protrude from the second surface of the substrate.
