A current transformer configuration includes a primary part and a secondary part. The primary part is surrounded by a housing. The housing has a first conductive housing part and a second conductive housing part. An electrically insulating gap lies between the two conductive housing parts. The housing passes through the secondary part. The electrically insulating gap is bridged by a surge protection configuration.

Current transformer arrangement

An electrical switching device has a displaceable contact piece mounted on an encapsulated housing. The displaceable contact piece extends within and outside of the encapsulated housing. The displaceable contact piece is sealed gas-proof in relation to the encapsulated housing. For forming a gas-proof transition, first and second sealing elements are provided, which, as axial sealing elements, are alternately pressed against the encapsulated housing by peripheral collars of the displaceable contact piece. A third sealing element is provided for sealing the displaceable contact piece in a radial direction.

A heavy-duty circuit breaker has a housing with a longitudinal housing axis and a contact arrangement disposed in the housing. The contact arrangement is conductively connected to a first electrical lead fed through the housing and a second electrical lead fed through the housing. The housing comprises a first housing part and a second housing part. The first electrical lead is fed through the first housing part, and the second electrical lead through the second housing part. The two housing parts are connected together so as to be rotatable in opposite directions about the longitudinal housing axis.

In a high-voltage power breaker having two mutually opposite switching contacts which, when connected are surrounded by an insulating material nozzle, coaxially with respect to which a shielding electrode is arranged, with a first switching contact, which can be driven, being connected via the insulating material nozzle and a linkage to the second switching contact, such that said switching contact carries out a movement in the opposite direction to the first switching contact during operation of the latter, the shielding electrode is operatively connected to the second switching contact such that, during disconnection, it carries out a movement which controls the electric field in the switching gap.
