Device and method for visual technical support of manual order-picking processes through device with at least one (mobile) unit having optical sensing detection device, optical display device, data processing device and wireless data interface to data-processing system having product management software and connection device for active units. Each unit cyclically receives navigation information to produce directions on optical display device. Data for specific navigation results from comparing data from respective optical sensing detection device with stored reference/model data and position of current target of route-optimized list of goods transmitted to unit. Data for specific navigation is cyclically determined and transmitted to assigned unit and new navigation information for a next target on list does not occur until after optical detection of current target/placeholder replacement object by detection device, identification of detected object by the data processing device, and detection and logging of goods from storage location to target location.

Method and apparatus for visual support of commission acts

In the case of a central belt system () with article shafts (), ejectors (), moving central belt () and central control unit (), an automatic control system (') which is connected to the control unit () for articles to be controlled on the moving central belt (), with a connected image processing unit (), and a camera system () possibly in addition with an illumination system (). The camera and illumination systems () are set in such a way, and the articles to be controlled which are arranged chaotically on the central belt () are ejected by the ejectors () in such a way, that optical shadow formation at the article to be controlled on the central belt () is preferably just prevented.

The invention relates to a storage and order-picking system () for the fully-automated picking of articles that are stored in storage loading aids () and are picked according to an order, which includes an article store, a first conveyor system that conveys storage loading aids leaving the article store to a picking station that is operated unmanned, a fully-automated robotic gripping unit on said picking station, which removes articles to be picked from said storage loading aids and deposits them in accordance with the order, the articles deposited according to an order, particularly in an order loading aid, subsequently being conveyed away by means of a second conveyor system, an image identification device for determining possible gripping points for the gripping unit in order to grip articles from the storage loading aids, wherein the image identification device comprises at least one and preferably at least two cameras in the region of the robotic gripping unit () and, if at least two cameras are provided, the capturing directions thereof are aligned into the storage loading aid located in the gripping region of the gripping unit, while being coordinated and in particular inclined toward each other.
