A transdermal device () comprising at least one substrate () arranged to be applied against the dermal surface or the mucous membrane. The at least one active ingredient is grafted to the substrate () by at least one photolabile ligand, and at least one light source () operated by a control mechanism arranged to generate light pulses, of a predetermined wavelength, intended to break covalent bonds between the active ingredient and the ligand in order to release the active ingredient from the substrate (). The substrate () comprises at least one porous matrix () with a three-dimensional structure comprising a plurality of pits () organized in a sponge-like fashion and constructed of a polymer chosen between chitin and chitosan, and the matrix () defines at least one three-dimensional tank (). The active ingredient is contained and grafted by the ligand.

The present invention concerns a device and a method for filtering molecules that is precise, efficient, reliable, and rapid; it has a low rate of molecular loss, it can be upgraded, and it provides for the automated filtration of molecules according to one or more predefined parameters. The device () for filtration of molecules () comprises three filtration zones (-), each equipped with filtration reservoirs () in which a solution containing molecules () to be filtered is placed. The filtration reservoirs () are separated into two chambers by an isoelectric filter () which allows only selective passage of molecules () according to their isoelectric point (pI) when they are subjected to an electrical field generated by electrodes (). This filtration device () comprises a mechanized tool holder () specifically for supporting one or more pairs of electrodes () in order to perform isoelectric filtration in one or more filtration reservoirs () simultaneously.
