A shapable posture training device is disclosed herein. The posture training device can be shaped by hand to fit a wide variety of body shapes and postures and may address a variety of posture conditions. A shapable posture training device may include a pliable chassis configured to be worn against a thoracic spine region. The pliable chassis may include a shapable member that can be bent and shaped by hand. The pliable chassis may include a first rod receiver disposed in the pliable chassis and a second rod receiver disposed in the pliable chassis. The shapable member may extend from the first rod receiver to the second rod receiver. The shapable member may be bendable to alter alignment of a first centerline of a first bore of the first rod receiver and a second centerline of a second bore of the second rod receiver.

Shapable posture training device

A modular workspace platform system for providing a mobile work surface for a user includes a workspace platform attachable to a location specified by the user. The workspace platform includes a compact work surface for use in performing at least one manual task including temporarily storing a material, mixing two or more materials, temporarily supporting a tool, and providing a tool cleaning surface. In an embodiment, the compact work surface includes at least one of a trough, a tapered channel, a tool insertion slot, a wipe holder, a textured surface configured as the tool cleaning surface, a mixing surface a ruler holder, and a matrix ring holder.

Posture training device chassis

A cooler insert for placement into a portable hard cooler or ice chest for separating sandwiches, lunch meats, cheese, vegetables, and the like, and drinks from the materials used to cool these items, is described. Many commercially available portable coolers have rectangular-shaped cooling volumes with at least two of the opposing walls forming a horizontal ledge inside the cooling volume parallel to and below the opening thereof upon which the present cooler insert is supported. The present cooler insert includes three adjacent chambers, a first chamber for containing food items to be cooled, a second chamber for containing clean ice for use for cooling drinks; and a third chamber, having cylindrically-shaped compartments tapered toward the bottom, for holding cans or bottles. Bottom portions of the first two chambers may be formed using aluminum or other conductive metal plates covered with plastic, or using uncoated metal plates for improving conduction to the cooler insert from the cooler. The open top portions of the first and second chambers may be covered with a removable plastic or metal cover, which may also be used as a cutting board, when attached to the side of the cooler.

Insert for hard cooler

A convertible binding comprising a base plate, a heel plate and a toe plate. The toe plate is rotatable from one end of a frame to either lie underneath the base plate or extend outward from the base plate to form a front portion of a snowshoe configuration. The heel plate is rotatable from a second end of the frame to either extend upward from the base plate to provide a heel back support for a snow board binding configuration to or extend outward from the base plate, in an opposing direction from said toe plate, to form a back portion of a snowshoe configuration. A mounting bracket with a forward and rear lip is attached to a snowboard and holds the convertible binding. A locking mechanism will hold the base plate down.
